Upon arriving at this Hotel the lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, this is the only positive point I can make about this atrocity that is called a hotel. Honestly, I have stayed in better hostels than this. Firstly, the room is small, but a suitable size, the bed is lovely if you like sleeping with one...

My mom and I visited in June, and stayed in this hotel for two nights. It cost the same as a hotel right next to Victoria station in London, UK, where we also stayed -- but you don't get much for the price. There's no wifi in the rooms, no screens on the windows, the air conditioner is turned on...

A two star hotel in the most perfect of locations with a fabulous team of people at the helm. Yes, if I'd paid more I would have expected more, but a jewel in the cote d'azure.would I return? Tomorrow!!!

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach, staff is really friendly and helpful, our room was okay, it was small, but there was enough space for everything. The only bad thing was that we had insects in our room, but when we told that to the owners, they took care of it and we did not see...

This is a perfect Hotel to stay in in Nice if you want to pay a reasonable price for a very central position. The owners are wonderful-extremely friendly, and always available 24/7.The room we had was small. It was cleaned and tidied to an excellent standard every day.It had beautiful traditional shuttered windows which were very charming. The air conditioning worked perfectly as did...

Pretty good standard and perfect location! During high season and of course do to the actual Football European Championship the price was for this standard at a higher level. Nevertheless it was fair.

We asked for a budget hotel near the city centre and that's exactly what we got. Clean room, good bathroom, good continental breakfast which was delivered to the room each morning. Comfortable and quiet. Nothing fancy but we didn't pay fancy prices.

check in is at 3 pm, everyone forgets this, rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff speak English and are helpful in showing you around the map and giving directions. It is also close to the train station if you want to go to Monaco or Cannes.

Location was okay near the promenade. Bakeries/restaurants nearby. Staff were nice except for one member who was quiet rude. Rooms very old and not very clean. Bathroom was small with bad shower facilities. No Wifi in rooms. TV did not work. Not all plugs in room worked. Walls were extremely thin, you can hear everything!! Extra charges forced upon us...

Great location. Three minute walk from the beach/promenade. 25 min walk from the old city center along the Prom de Anglais with lots of restaurants and nice ocean view. The rooms are very basic and haven't been renovated for a while, not a lot of amenities but sufficient if it's only to be used as a base for explorations around...
