Location of this hotel is ideal. Situated down a quiet side-street a stone's throw from the main shopping high street and a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The train station is only a 5-10 minute walk and there is a tram stop just around the corner. Hotel decor was dated and facilities basic, but everything was clean & functional.... More

Very friendly staff. Clean but basic room, bit on the small size, but ideal for exploring Nice.Hair dryer in bathroom, towels and bed clothes changed regularly. Ideal place to stay if you only need the hotel for a place to sleep. Hotel is a few minutes from Nice Ville station, where the number 99 bus from the airport terminates (cost... More

Stopped here for a second time recently. The hotel is basic, but the location is very good and a good base close to the train station and main shopping avenue. The bad points are it's basic breakfast for 6 Euros, could be more varied and easily improved, and it can be noisy. Thin walls, and any loud guests returning or... More

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is well located just off the main shopping street (Avenue Jean Medecin), so is close to all the main shops. The station and bus stops are very close, and the tram stops almost at the end of the road. The beach and old town is about a 10 minute walk. Bars and Restaurants... More

This is a very nice and simple hotel. It was quiet and the staff always went above and beyond to meet it exceed any needs required. Very close to all the best sights of Nice. Far away from the rough areas. Perfect location. Stay here you will not be disappointed!!

Location - barely 5 minutes' walk from Gare de Ville, on Rue Alsace-Lorraine. Loads of nice eateries nearby. Seemed like a reasonably safe area, far enough away from the rougher parts of Nice. Staff - friendly front of house staff. Room was cleaned every day. Interior - basic hotel. Lift is VERY small, barely enough room for one person plus... More

A cozy little hotel, very close to the Station (about 100 metres). Comfortable room, a little small but you get what you pay for. Free Wi-Fi, tv tho' I couldn't speak French so little for me to watch. Shower and toilets clean. Spent very little time in the hotel, too busy sightseeing. Twenty minute walk to beach but tram service... More

Small rooms. Mold on the walls. Stinky towels. WC, A/C not working properly. TV big as hell (pic). Checked in at 3:50 AM. Paid for it 110€, triple room. Elevator for 2 people max. AND THEY ALWAYS WANT YOU TO PAY IN ADVANCE! Seriously, avoid this place. Freaking joke.
