Beautiful quaint hotel in a central area of Nice. Walking distance to all of the tourist areas. Good service, great breakfast. They have decent WiFi in the rooms as well as good heating. Only downside is that the rooms are quite close together so you can hear when other rooms shower or flush.

This hotel was very old, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was travelling with Contiki and they organised for a lady to come and collect our washing and she dropped it off the next day to us, which was fabulous and it gave us extra time to explore the beautiful French Riviera instead of spending it at a...

The room and bathroom are old and outdated but seem to be clean. You need to pay for wifi and wifi is OK. It's only a short walk to the beach, town centre and sightseeing places. Breakfast is so basic that there're hardly any choices other than croissant and yoghurt.

Location of hotel is great - short walk to the promenade and at the end of the street are some good shops. The staff at the hotel don't have the best customer service and seemed annoyed most of the time. The breakfast was quite basic. Would recommend staying here if purely looking for a property in good location!

The rooms are really strangely decorated, but it seemed pretty clean. The breakfast is incredibly meagre, so don't expect anything great. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the French doors on the balcony. Location was also great, close to the beach about a 7 minute walk.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, rooms aborable and the location was fantastic. It's an old hotel and won't be to everybody's liking but I really enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. You don't go in holiday to spend the whole time in the hotel, so if you want a great...

Just a few streets back a five minute walk you will find Hotel Busby. It's located on a busy street so if you want a peaceful sleep ask for a room not on the street side. The rooms are small but manageable. My breakfast was included but it was very very average. Bread and cereals only. The staff are friendly...

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 100% wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 1950s style and appliance quality at best. Staff are rude, rooms are small, wifi cost €5, bed is hard and old, could not wait to leave! Only thing going for it is the location
