This is a basic but reasonable hotel just across the road from the beach. Our room had a balcony with a view of the sea and the evening drunks in the park. the walk to the town centre with restaurants etc is around 30mins or you can catch the bus right outside. The room was ok Patrick the receptionist come...

The hotel is small, maybe about 20 rooms and is run as a single person operation. So when you check in or out, or otherwise have a question, he may not be at the front desk. For those instances, he has installed a customer telephone so you can call him to meet you downstairs. Don't worry, he's always around nearby....

I spent 5 nights there...and were one of the worst experience ever! I had prebooked 1 month earlier a room with a balcony, but on arrival, the owner smiled and said it was occupied!!!! He crammed me in a small room with the AC just blowing hot air and then the next day gave me another room. The breakfast served...

The hotel is situated in a good location. There's a city cycle bicycle hire jus a minute walk from the hotel. The room is a little run down with bad electrical wiring and a bed build with ply wood. It was advertised that the rooms had Seaview. It is true only if look to stuck your head out and look...

The hotel is a block away from the water, and a seaview room offers just that. Although it may be a bit of a walk from the shops and restaurants (Cours Saleya or Place Massena), it still is a great location. All you need to do is cross the street and walk along the promenade by the water, and you...

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Magnan! The owner was very helpful upon check-in at introducing you to Nice and the nearby areas he was also kind enough to assist in looking up bus and train options for various excursions. The rooms are minimal and clean. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the water...

I went there last year in september with my boyfriend. We weren't sure what to expect because of the cheap price we paid. But in the end, I must say, it was one of the best choices i ever did. Everything was clean, it was pretty big with a nice bathroom, we had a little balcony from where we had...

Got into to Nice pretty late but despite this was greeted warmly by the tremendously helpful couple that owned the hotel. The room was warm, cozy and had a terrific view of the cote d'azure/Mediterranean sea and the Maison De l'Agriculture. I loved Nice but it's generally very expensive and the low price of my room was very comforting considering...
