The hotel is located in the city center, near the tram station but far from the see shore. The staff is helpful but those are all the good things I can say. The rooms have less than basic equipment. Even fridge they don't have which is really a shortage in summer. Breakfast is really poor. I definitely won't stay there...

The stars for this place are mostly location, but that's what you want in Nice, right? I was with a school group of 30, so I think that's what they cater to. My aircon worked well and that was all I really cared about. Some rooms included balconies, which were pretty cool. The oddities here are the tootsie roll style...

By far the dirtiest hotel room I've stayed at. Marks ALL over the walls, rust coming out of the sink in the water... Good location, but definitely not worth it, go somewhere else. I'm very rarely picky about hotels but I can't wait to get out if this one!

Markets itself as a 3 star hotel. We booked as part of a larger group, but as a couple, were offered a double room. The room contained two single beds, with very dated decor. Everything was clean enough, and the beds were relatively comfortable (despite not being a double bed, and not having proper pillows). Bathroom very modest, supplies hand...

Hotel Mirabeau needs a general renovation and refreshment and it needs it now! The walls, the blankets, the tails, the curtains - all of it need the replacement. It's dirty, old, covered with stains and holes. It was a nightmare to spend there 6 nights! The stuff was quite nice and helpful, the location was convenient (5 minutes by walk...

Rick Steves' Europe booked me into this hotel. While I subscribe to "experiencing the real Europe," this was a bit much. Seedy, marginally clean, noisy. This hotel has seen better days. There were few restaurants nearby. Mostly fast food places. On the plus side, the train station was only a few blocks away and the staff were very friendly and...

We found hairs in our bed.Shampoo and soap replenishment not daily. Only if you leave some money near bed, they will try to clen, but not properly. For shure we...

I just spent six nights in a recently renovated and spacious room. The plumbing could perhaps use some updating, but it was quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Basic breakfast, but the staff were helpful and attentive. I'd stay there again.
