It start already when we arrive. On there website they say there is outsideparking, indeed you walk (if you are lucky 7minutes) and will come on a big parking. But for this one you have to pay 35€ extra (to have a entre card you have to go to the village to buy it, its not even in the hotel). The breakfast cost 18,90€ pp a day, for that money you will have staff that is not friendly and you have to ask all the time to refill. The breakfast is also not amazing at all. Let's go to the outside swimming pool, all the seats are full and the swimming chef is not friendly. After a few hours we go back to find a pleace on the outside swimming pool, we are lucky and have a seat. But 10 minutes later they close it because someone poop in the water.. Let sit somewhere else nicely on the terrain to enjoy the sun, no not possible because the only pleace with the seats was the swimming pool... Let's go to the inside swimmingpool, but first you have to pay 15€ extra, because its new. We go to the bali if they can make an exception for today cause outside its closed. But its not possible because its not the property of the hotel, we can ask on monday to the manager if its possible (its saterday). I dont mind if they dont clean the room everyday because of the corona or that some items are closed, but for 1300€ 2person 8nights I expected more than this. I would even rather go home earlier now.

Thinking to receive a Mercure standard ? No way ! This was one of the dirtiest and old hotel from this chain visited in the last years. Personnel is willing to help you but not efficient at all. First impression is that it was a crowded hotel with less staff. One of the elevators was not working for more than a week, in the peak season. Quality of the sleep is medium. Internet is working fine. Breakfast is at medium level, not very rich. But the biggest problem is the dirt on the windows, and the oldness from inside the room. Very average experience

We arrived early at the hotel around 1:30 pm and our room was not ready yet. Understandable as the check-in time was 4:00pm. We came back at 4:00 to find that our room was still not ready. We had to wait for another hour until we could access the room. We had booked an extra bed, but that was not placed in the room yet, so we had to ask that yet again. Not a great start of our stay to say the least... You want things to be in order when you arrive after a long journey. That’s what you pay for. Coming from two perfect stays at other Mercure hotels in Orange and Avignon, this was quite the change. The room is cheaply finished and furnished. There is only one piece of soap in the bathroom and no extra shampoos/shower gel/ conditioner. The toilet was smelly. There is only one outlet available. There is a nice pool and it’s close to the beach. The only reason to book this hotel is for the location, but don’t expect great service, a good room and an great stay like in other Mercure hotels.
