More like two stars, I'm trying to upload photos to show peeling paint and mould in bathroom, if your used to student type basic accommodation then you will be fine but don't be fooled into expecting 4 stars because it isn't!

Eze is a small hamlet on the French Riviera between Montecarlo and Nice, high enough to be far from the maddening crowd, so hubby and I spent the weekend here to enjoy the off-season and celebrate my birthday. We have a golden retriever so it's always hard to find places to stay, but Eze Vista was quick in saying 'oui'...

The staff was ok when we arrived, we entered the apartment and realized this was clearly not an hotel. We paid 83€ for one night which is clearly overpriced for the service we had. The furniture were old and damaged, there was moisture in the bathroom and the view was quite disappointing (not quite the same as on the pictures)....

The apartment was very spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed, was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was a big bedroom with an en-suite, a smaller bedroom, separate toilet, patio, living space and kitchen. The patio has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and the castle. There is a nice outdoor pool, which I'm sure is lovely when...

Perfect location, very nice accommodations, great food and most friendly and helpful staff! View from our room was phenomenal! Although we had a car (good parking just outside front door of the hotel), we walked everywhere ... up to the top of Eze twice (a must do) and all over the perfume factory right behind the hotel. Breakfast on the...

I was surprised we have to clean out room after night. Internet we had in few places in our room. Sorry but it's not 4* hotel. I have been in many hotels starting from BB-5* but in my opinion that hotel should have 2*

Great location & we were lucky enough to have a room with beautiful views from our balcony over the Mediterranean. This hotel offers basic motel style accommodation, the rooms were clean & quite large but are in need of some TLC, the rates are expensive for what you get but Eze is a very small village with limited accommodation. Free...

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple. The location really necessitates you having your own car as it is about 10 kms up the mountain from Nice. There is a local bus but it is infrequent (hourly) and only until 7pm. A taxi from Nice costs between 50 and 6 Euros. You can also get the train but...

We were so pleased to have stumbled across this magnificent hotel! Upon arrival we were escorted out onto the terrace overlooking the French Rivera for a quick drink prior to being taken up to our junior suite. Our room was delightful, with French doors opening up onto a small balcony overlooking the French Rivera, just stunning! A separate bedroom, lounge...
