Four nights here and a great value for Cannes. Some older reviews mention dirty rooms, but ours was very clean and comfortable. Not large, but good by French standards; with a small refrigerator. Easy walk from the train station, and centrally located for access to anything in the city. Quiet for sleeping. Don't pay for the breakfast, there is a...

we only stayed in Cannes for one night and realy wished we stayed longer, This hotel was a pleasant suprise, the room was quite large yes the bathroom was small but it had everything and spotlessly clean! breakfast was the usual continentlal affair. The large breakfast table would be a little strange if more than two couples came in at...

I was pleasantly surprised as some reviews were not positive about this place. Firstly the location is great close to the beach and train station. The staff are wonderfull they make you feel very welcome and offer advice on places to eat ect. I was offered hot drinks upon my arrival (travelled from Barcelona by train) which was greatly appreciated....

If you are looking for a good place to stay for a couple of days in Cannes - a place not so expensive - this is the perfect spot. Good price, clean and nice. The walls however are thin, - the only negative thing. Beds are big and comfy! Our rooms looked much better than on the pictures here on...

This hotel was super cute. In a very good location..Just a few blocks from the Croisette. And one block from Rue antibes were all the shopping is. And also one block away from train station which is very convienant. It's in a very lively location, It was very nice hearing the french/Italian music playing in the streets and hearing the...

This hotel is less than two blocks from Cannes main train station. Although it's so close to the train station you cannot hear it since it's on another block shielded from other buildings and the front faces a nice alley with cafes and shops. We were greeted in English (front desk personnel could tell we spoke English) when we arrived...

Located on walking street it makes it silent, even though you can hear noises from other rooms. A lot of nice basic and reasonable priced restaurants really nearby. Only about 5 minutes walk to the croisette. But for a short stay, when you need only the basic room, this is a great value. If you are on a longer holiday...

This was the only hotel we could secure in Cannes (last minute booking) and so I was expecting the worst. It was definitely not bad, but there was a few minor things that were easily fixable that stopped it being a GOOD hotel. Pros: bathrooms are lovely - new and white. location is great (however in a pedestrian only mall...

We stayed at La Villa Tosca for one night on our way to a villa in the south of France, and having booked a surprisingly good value room, I was aprehensive about the quality of hotel we had booked - especially given how expensive 'good' hotels in Cannes were. The hotel is on a pedestrianised street and we didn't have...
