Well located. The host is very friendly and helpful.
Room is good 3.5 star standard and well up to the cost. Very clean and quiet. Comfy firmish bed.
Wifi most efficient.
Like most French hotels there is no lift and narrow winding stairs.

The boutique hotel was in the most amazing location, just steps away from the beach and Palais du Festival. Rooms were basic with everything you need, but I was astonished at how low the price was once I saw the location and facility.
