Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Old fashioned Hotel and Management. I feel cold in the room during my Stay as never before in a Hotel and even worst was the low temperature at the Bathroom. no Shampoo at the shower, no Toiltet paper my first night ... and when I asked the Claim Sheets they told me: "we don t have Sir". Dirty, Poor and low cost renewal. All this for 240 euros per two nights, two much.

This hotel is in deep desire of an proper renovation. The owners and the luggage storage is professional, but the rooms are clearly from the 50-60's when France just came out of a war, as its very very basic and it was also very dirty. I needed to stay here because of the film festival who booked me this room but to be honest it felt like a broken greek palace which is not very good. Despite that the location is A+ which is a good thing, but its clearly a tourist-trap hotel.

I stayed in another apartment April 2017 for four days in Cannès when I fell in love with the city. So I booked the cheapest and closest hotel to La Croisette to have more out of my little vacation. My rating may be a bit high because I was so much in great mood and so much into Cannès, but this hotel felt amazing to me. I'm not a really picky person,so if you want to live in a modern hotel with new facilities, you choose another hotel. The building is old, but the furniture in the double room with old-fashioned open closet is charming and handy. My room was spacy compared to the price. The minibar has plenty of room for your own food and drinks. Sleeping quality was great and the entire staff were so welcoming and warm. Breakfast delivery tasty and the coffee superb. I had my jacket and laundry washed via the reception and they made sure that I was happy about the laundry, neatly done. The staff are local and have good recommendations to where to shop. I didn't have to walk long to daze in the beach nearby, Monoprix is very close by and the train station very close. The receptionist printed my bustickets as the buscompany only accepted printed tickets. I'm going to Cannès again by the Festival and unfortunately the hotel is booked and unavailable in my chosen dates so I had to book another place.

This hotel is not very good. Well, live, so I'll put an assessment 3. Not so comfortable apartments and staff polite. And in general dirty there is a fungus on the tile in your bathroom. And the look is not very good.

We have visited Milan before and had great trouble previously on finding our hotel near the station. This time I picked this hotel because I thought it would be easy to find. It was- just across the main square in front of Milano Central. We only need a stop for one night and we did not arrive until quite late in the evening. We received a very nice welcome and the room was all we needed for a one night stop. It was very small but this was not a problem for us and the list worked well. Shower was also very good. I would certainly recommend this hotel for an overnight stop.

We visited it with my family and it had been booked in accordance with good critiques. However, we arrived with my car late at night in a congested Cannes centre and the hotel was located in a paved pedestrian. I have to open the bars to go in front of hotel to get the luggage (family with 2 kids). When we check in I had to park the car 700meters away in a closed garage. Also the rooms need an immediate refurbishment. It has bad decoration and the hotel atmosphere was stifling. Not suitable for families with kids. Apart from the helpful and polite receptionist, all the rest in the hotel was horrible. It was expensive considering its services.

The reception staff was amazing. They were very helpful and went beyond to help us. Rooms were bigger than I expected, there was nice bathroom and minibar. Location was just the best. Just near the train station and few minutes from the promenade and the sea. I recommend this hotel for everyone.
