What is Certificate of Excellence?
TripAdvisor gives a Certificate of Excellence to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers.
I have stayed there during ILTM 2016 and I really loved this simple, comfortable, yet charming small hotel. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Not far from downtown approx. 10-15 mins walk.

I would contact the hotel directly and ask for Stephanie . She is great and very helpful. Explain the situation and maybe ask about the other hotel next door they own . Maybe the suite would work ! Cheers
