The hotel has a 3 star rating, which is correct. However, the location in one of the most beautiful bays on the Mediterranean, the easy parking and the very friendly staff, makes this a place to return. Don't expect luxury, but basic, well kept rooms. Excellent Price/Value.

The room was large with a fabulous veranda which overlooked the 'plage' and to Nice and the snow capped mountains beyond. The bathroom although clean was a decorator's nightmare mismatched tiles from the 1950's?!? An 'inexpensive' option to staying on the most famous beach on the Cape. The breakfast was traditionally French and served in the beautiful outdoor courtyard.

The setting of the hotel was lovely, our room had a balcony with an ocean view. The room was quite spacious which was good for longer stays. The bath was nice and deep and a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful walk quite close to the hotel. Unfortunately there were quite a...

I got what I think is their least expensive room, which was 81 euros at this time of year (late September). Cap d'Antibes is super "posh" so this is a good deal. I think they close for the "winter" (October thru mid-April). The room had a large balcony with nice wicker chairs and a pleasant view. The room was exceptionally...

First there is a construction site next to the hotel with a crane and work starting really early, also you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours which is annoying to say the least. Decoration of the hotel is straight from the seventies the exception being for the bed which was very good. Overall the private beach accross...

The Hotel du Levant was all we wanted for a relaxing 8 days in the sun in early September. Our room had a lateral view of the sea and beach facilities all within 40 metres of the hotel. It has a large car park within its grounds a lovely outside breakfast area and friendly helpful staff. The in dependant beach bar...

We stayed here for one night because of its proximity to Nice airport and its rates that were considerably lower than elsewhere in the area. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Location is fantastic. As hotel guests we were allowed to stay on the beach chairs at the beach club across the road for no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and...

With this hotel literally across the street from the beach in beautiful Cap d'Antibes, what more could you ask from a summer vacation in the South of France ? Room was large and clean with a view towards the sea of course even from the ground floor. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, they helped with arranging water activities...

We enjoyed a great 2 night stay. The decor is a bit dated but rooms are very clean. The reception staff are incredibly warm, helpful and hospitable. Good breakfast available at outside courtyard. Hotel parking is very handy. 100m from the beach!! Just nite that the hotel is located on the cap, so you either need to drive or get...

This tiny hotel is a hidden gem and we really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel facilities are pretty basic but the excellent service and the perfect location makes all the difference. The reception service was very good, genuinely helpful and always with a smile. Our room was comfortable with lots of space for clothes and stuff (which is quite...
