We arrived at 11am with a confirmed booking for one night plus parking. No record of the confirmation. We were told to leave our luggage since the parking would't be free until after noon, and to come back at 2.30 when the owner would be available. No owner, and reception then said he had put us in another hotel without...

We stayed here for only one night and we were very impressed. Christoff who greeted us was friendly and professional. The hotel is located on a small street right in the center of the city. The moment you enter this building you will be struck by the impressive and spacious interior, which has many stunning architectural details. Our room was...

We stayed a week at this hotel and we had a nice experience. We would return there again, the location is great and overall good value for money. The room was of a decent size, nicely decorated with old but not shabby furniture, very comfortable double bed, very clean. We paid 69 EUR per night and we thought it was...

As if you are thrown back into another age. Lovely decor, some of it a bit worn but that only adds to the charm. At 80 Euros not the cheapest, but then again the quaintness and location makes up for it.. Right in the middle of Arles, close to everything. Madame received us into her office, she does everything by...

The room was well painted with a impressive passion yellow, which made the stay in Arles very artistic. It was located in the center of the city, however, difficult to find a parking space. The hotel was very delicate and well designed, climbing up and down the stairs won't be a task at all, because there are a lot of...

For a two star hotel the location is great. The rooms were clean, with lovely firm mattresses and crisp, clean bedding. We were on the second floor and were bothered by some early morning street noise (the street cleaners). The owners were friendly and helpful. I liked the funky, quirky style of decoration. We didn't opt for brekkie as we preferred...

Excellent location, a bit expensive with a cold room in the middle of a hot week in may due to concrete wall, wifi not functioning. I found the bathroom old but guess it's the taste of the hotel. I would recommend you to talk (if you have the choice) to the lady receptionist since she was more helpful than the...

When we arrived in the narrow street we knew it would be quiet as there was no parking outside.the room was very clean but basic with an iron wardrobe to hang our clothes. The carpet was twisted rope which was hard under foot. Instead of the usual mini soap was an almost empty soap dispenser. The shower head no longer...

I've stayed here before and had good experiences -- so much that I've recommended the place several times. Silly me. Had to cancel a reservation due to a change in plans and called by midnight, only to be told midnight GMT was no good and should have done so by midnight GMT +1. Booking.com were unable to persuade them that...
