We were amazed with this Hotel when they open the doors. It was tranquil, beautiful and so friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was wonderful, rooms were big with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay. We would return here again and again if we could. Joe

I had the pleasure to stay for 3 nights - it wasn't well planned . . . just a stay on the way to an exquisite villa in Provence - BUT L'Hotel Particulier was the true find. It was so unassuming but so cool . . . the right scale, the right balance of simple but chic, modern but historic,...

I chose to go to this place because of the pictures of the interior as I am a Hotel Interior Designer.. it exceeded my expectations.. Because of the time of year, the restaurant was only open for breakfast and it would have been better to have the availability of food there each night.. the decor and the friendliness of the...

The Hotel is very central and has a charming garden with pool all very secluded. It also offers valet parking € 28 per day ! Our room was sold as a suite 55/60 square meters which is normally quite big. In reality it was a large room 35 square meters which had 2 armchairs . It also had a zig-zag...

Delightful, the hotel is calm and peaceful. A hidden gem in the centre of Arles. The room was spacious, with every need possible catered for. The staff were charming and welcoming, and we felt at once at home.

If you are coming by car, call the hotel a half hour before arriving. Streets were designed for goats. But they are so charming, and are so huddled near the hotel that you'll be glad to ditch the car and walk through the city, much from the Roman Empire. Inside a high wall and a massive street door, the hotel...

This discovery is where we'll Keep coming back. Regardless of the stunning, perfectly maintained property this Hotel is run by an outstanding host. Everything is possible attitude, a proper conciergerie in place, always ensuring clients are at the center. We stayed in 3 rooms, each one is tasteful, well-equipped and unique to this place. Perfect for a stay, we will...

Arles is beautiful, well worth seeing. My wife and I have mixed feeling on this hotel. First, it is a beautiful property in a central location in Arles. The staff there is very friendly. Although it is advertised as a 5 star property, we found gaps to what we have come to expect from similarly priced properties. To start, the...

A beautiful, peaceful retreat in a quiet neighborhood of Arles, just 5 minute walk from the center of town. We loved this hotel. The garden had café tables out for breakfast (lovely small breakfast buffet) or afternoon tea. There is a small decorative pool with comfortable lounge chairs. We didn’t use it but a couple of other guests did while...

As I'm wheelchair bound, this is a very personal review, but many points may be relevant to 'normal' guests. I'll write a further review with other issues pertinent to all. For now I'll start with the good: The building is beautiful: a bit of an oasis in a busy little town. Our rooms were lovely and spacious. Although, talking to...
