The hotel is juts so lovely, the exotic decor and all amenities makes the place do stylish and welcoming. The outdoor area are beautiful and it’s very calm. Only 15min for Aix center. Rooms are big , clean and nice. We had an amazing time there and the service was spot on!
Not fit for a family with baby. it is located in an industrial estate. the cafeteria doesnt sell food until 7pm so not ideal for someone travelling from afar. The menu has few choices. when we entered the room it smelled of tobacco even though the hotel is "smoking free". The gardens around is really small . nowhere to walk with a push chair really. And the pool is not temperature regulated.
We stayed here for 4 nights and upon arrival the level of cleanliness was not good enough and my wife swept the floor. Next day the coffee machines broke down in the breakfast area , so it was chaotic. They were working thereafter but I did not like the quality of the coffee. The breakfast choice was standard. We did eat dinner one night but he food was ordinary. The rooms were well equipped and the situation of the hotel was great for easy access to the centre of Aix. We did not try the pool but it looked nice and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Overall the hotel needs to up its game a little bit. We would not return.
The location of this hotel is off center so if you do not have a car, this place is not for you. On the other hand, they have a really nice swimming poll. I had dinner one night at the restaurant and had daurade and it was excellent. The staff is professional and will do anything to make your stay confortahbe.
The hotel feels new and has a nice design. The room had enough space, bed was comfortable and it was clean... but it's not in Aix en Provence! It's in the middle of nowhere, really. If you need a place to spend the night and keep driving the following day, it's a good option. If you want to explore Aix en Provence, don't stay here.
The hotel is located about 10 kilometres from Aix de Provence which means a taxi ride of around 20 Euros. There is nothing local, no bars or restaurants. The whole area is very expensive, so expect to pay around 4-5 euro for a small beer. The hotel itself is typical of a business 4star, WiFi is good and there are lots of facilities.....more for summer. The staff are friendly and professional, no problem checking in early. The rooms are clean, plugs by bed for your travel iron and a large TV. My only irritation is that there is no international programs which means reverting to my phone and Netflix. No complaints and I would stay here again
If you want to visit Aix En Provence city central don’t stay here. If you have an event at the Arena it is close. I brought tattoo artists from US to attend tattoo convention in the Arena. This hotel is nice, clean and quiet. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a fantastic balcony too. But it is in middle nowhere. We were at the mercy of expensive Uber’s to go into city central. One evening our exit was closed coming back to hotel and it turned into a 80 Uber ride. The hotel bar closes at 9:30-10 at night and nothing close by is open. Suggestion is to pack any wine or drinks and squirrel away some food in your room. There was a fridge that had a free water available after each cleaning. The Arena is close by.
Nice looking contemporary hotel - with quirky ‘candy’ reception area. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Tried to get room service - called four times and no answer - eventually fell asleep and got nothing to eat! Breakfast was not great quality - small amount of hot food, which had run out when I was eating. If they sort the food out, then should be a good place to stay.
Nice hotel! Wouldn't spend a week of holiday here, but definitely good for business trips or if you look for something for a night close to Marseille or Aix. Note that the hotel is not located in Aix but about 20 mins of driving away. Rooms are lovely, pool looks good, breakfast is fine - 4/5 stars.
We arrived the hotel at 22:35, our family amount 7 people. we wanted to eat something, there was nothing to eat, and there wasn't any place to eat some food we brought with us.After we eat in our car, we need the rooms, and a terrible smell of cigarette smoke was in the hallway and in the rooms. the stuff didn't do anything.
