Went with my wife and two kids. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the ones at the restaurant. The breakfast was very good. There were multiple choices for cold food and bacon and scrambled eggs as wel as a poaching machine. The pool is nice and clean and you can even have a drink in it on a plastic container if you wish. We ate twice at the restaurant and the burgers were good . Some have hashbrowns for patties which was oddly tasty. We also enjoyed the fish and chips. I would definitely recommend it.
This is a pretty basic hotel. The room was very small as was the bathroom. Not enough room for two people really.unable to walk one side of the bed. Having said that, we had a reasonable dinner and breakfast was good.
We had a pleasant one night stay in October while checking out for our guests in the forthcoming rugby World Cup, 2023.it will serve our needs week. The rooms are comfortable and remarkably quiet given where the motorway is. The stunning stunning pool was warm enough in October for a quick swim in the morning, so we how in September, with the sun on the terrace, it will be perfect. Yes, you need transport to cover the 3km into town, but the no 4 bus goes every 15 mins, or a taxi would not cost much. Once there, the choices of restaurants and rose and never ending. Enjoy!
Favorable for a short stay when coming by car or TGV and in acceptable walking reach 20-25 minutes to the city. Hotel restaurant is good and service personnel very friendly. Hygienic areas could be better serviced - the general ones as well as the in-room ones. However, this might be caused by the momentary service limitations due to Covid.
Very comfortable hotel for the price. Nice pool and terrace area. Rooms are quite small, not much cupboard space but beds are very comfortable. Good value for money. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The location is okay, especially if someone has a car and wants to visit the neighbouring cities; it has a nice swimming pool and lots of private parking. It is quiet despite being close to the highway. What is not great is that it's not very close to the centre of town, requiring a 30 minutes walk or a 10 minutes drive - there is a bus, too. Our room was on the small side, size-wise, with a nice shower. Toiletries are by Rituals - good. Staff is generally very friendly. The fitness area is minimal, a couple of treadmills and a rowing machine Generally okay, didn't feel like great value for money though
so i stayed one night for a business trip, and overall i can't complain it was ok. 3 things tho that i totally found being a big NO-NO for a 3 star hotel : - NO ELECTRIC OUTLETS by bed. for anyone traveling in couple or for business this ig a big fail. 2 outlets over the small desk at rooom corner thas it. forget having your laptop or phone charging next to u when u sleep or if u want enjoy in movies bed, except if u have a 3meter wire for pull it aross half room from desk...seriously w are in 2021 not 90's -the toilet paper is worst quality than highways CR's...even 3 folding you end up with fingers up your bum literally. -the breakfast i ordered came without the butter/tea i order - the vegetarian main meal they diserve is digusting and terrible. please change supplier. other than that the service was very good, the hotel is in a quiet place and premises are clean and very stylish. still recomended... …
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are knowledgable, friendly and speak great English. The pool is lovely too - we did a lot of research prior to the trip and found there arent many hotels with pools in Aix. This one was cheaper than the others with pools. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired but everything works well. You can get a taxi, bus or walk into town. Mostly we walked - about 30 minutes and very do-able. The taxi is about €12-15 depending on where in town you are headed. You can also easily get a taxi from the TGV station (expect to spend circa €45 for this journey). There is plenty of parking and you are close to a motorway - which you can hear from the pool. If you want a silent retreat / silence by the pool then this probably isn't the hotel for you! Some of the rooms were a little small - I was ironing my clothes on a bath mat on a very small desk as there was no ironing board! To reduce the risk of covid19, all staff and guests must wear masks in the public areas of the hotel. There is a lot of hand sanitizer available. And they wont make up your room during the day unless requested - I assume to reduce contamination. They are still serving a buffet breakfast which I thought was now a thing of the past.…
The beautiful historical town centre is about 30 minutes or about two kilometers from Hotel , if you like to walk it’s very nice. The food in the Hotel was good and staff friendly. Otherwise there are plenty of taxis
The stay was excellent. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness and the ambiance of the hotel. The swimming pool was very clean. The location was also not far from the city, also for the ones not using a car the bus stop is just 100m away. For those using a car there a is a free car parking available. The breakfast was also really nice, a lot of variety, fresh fruits meat and bread. As a matter of fact, it exceeded my expectations. Rest was absolutely brilliant, I would definitely recommend your hotel to all of my friends. Thanks. The only thing which i felt was the rooms were a bit small and it was a bit difficult to move around the room. And also the TV was really very old with a non functioning remote.
