Hotel is within the Ville Centre, in and antique, nice building, and up to the reception everything looked good. Nice stone stairs to the first floor, carpentered stairs to the second floor already looking a bit worn down. Small room, awful mattress! And it can get noisy at night time. If you are going by car, parking is about 4...

I've been coming to Provence every year for the past 15 years. This hotel and their valuable staff Ridha and Michel have always made me feel welcomed. It is situated in the old section of Aix-en-Provence and is so convenient if you don't have a car. The tourist office is less than 5 minutes walk, you have your choice of restaurants....

Front desk staff Michel and Rida were very friendly and accommodating during our 5 day visit. Leisurely buffet breakfasts, use of lobby for before dinner drinks, comfortable rooms. Parking is awkward and expensive ( 20 euros/ day) but hotel rates are reasonable.

Situated in a historical building, the hotel might not sport the newest furniture or facilities but has plenty of charm. Location is great and perfect to walk around the city centre. Staff is polite and welcoming. I was there for a conference and in a solo trip but I guess it should be great for couples.

I just arrived a few minutes ago, only to realize that my so called 'comfort room' may be 'fully functional', but NOTHING like the picture presenting it on the hotels webpage. It is small and with a window turning into the back-alley of the hotel (as it is for all other 'comfort rooms' I was told, except for the one...

I did have to change a room in order to avoid the street noise but otherwise the hotel is very very lovely: perfectly located in the old historic centre. Ancient beautiful building feels like an old knights casle, yet the rooms are bright and well airconditioned, vary in size and style. clean, quiet and beautiful, perfect for a stay in...

The hotel has an amazing location in the heart of this buzzing town. The building oozes character and our large, airy room with a huge balcony was perfect. The front desk staff, especially Ritta (?) was exceedingly helpful with a couple of restaurant suggestions that resulted in some of the best food we've had anywhere. Breakfast was good and the...

Aix is a wonderful town oozing in charm and character. The hotel is situated on the edge of the old town and within a few metres of all the places you might wish to visit on a trip to the city. As its name suggests it was previously a monastic confidence in the middle ages and there are remnants of...

At first, we were't so sure about the hotel. For sure, great location but after a long day, was hoping for something modern. Soon enough, we realized the quaint, french-like, small hotel was perfect. It was clean, convenient, but what made it fantastic was the incredible staff at the desk. They were super helpful (especially when we lost luggage) and...

We stayed one night and would definitely recommend this hotel for its fabulous-yet-quiet location, helpful staff, and clean & comfortable rooms. I am extremely picky about quiet, and the particular room we had (up about 11 stairs from the general 1st floor rooms) was exceptionally quiet. It was great to be steps from the Cours Mirabeau yet just enough away...
