Great staff, close to train station, and comfortable place to stay. We chose this location so we could make a day trip to Arles for sightseeing in Aix en Provence and Arles. This hotel is definitely worth considering.

The hotel staff was warm and helpful beyond the typical greetings oers provide. The location was great and the room was quiet which is hard to find near a busy. It is hard to define feeling welcomed but this hotel scored in this area .

Very nice hotel 50 metres from train station. Nice friendly staff. Free soft mini bar. 300 metre walk to centre of town (rotunda). Well appointed with special gin bar and a night honesty bar system. Fully recommended. Cooked breakfast available.

This hotel does not have any idea of customer service and being able to look at the guests as human beings not just source of providing revenue. The assistant director does not have any idea how to handle a customer feedback. The rooms are so small and overall a very bad energy in the entire hotel. Not a happy place.

Dear Sir, We are very surprised by your comments at check in time. You had to wait a couple of minutes because the receptionist was busy with other guests; As you were tired you decided to be prior to other clients and work ahead. After that, you asked for free upgrade and free breakfast. We don't know what allowed you...

This is a fairly modern hotel in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. It is very near to the main street - Cours Mirabeau, and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The location could not be better. Our room (a junior suite) was light and airy and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to get English channels on the TV...

With Radisson Blu and Sofitel doing such a great job at comfortable hotels in Europe, independent hotels need to try a little bit harder. Our room was called a suite but simply wasn't, the finish was poor and the fittings came from IKEA. We had a lovely time in beautiful Aix but this isn't what we'd expect of a four...

An innocent mistake, clicking 04 instead of 03 in month of booking, gave the owner the opportunity to double charge us which he exploited to full. He never had the courage to come and discuss his extraordinary opportunist attitude, totalling lacking any concept of customer service. Instead, from his hide-away in the back room, he sent his unfortunate staff out...

A lovely hotel, located a block from the train station. It offers numerous amenities and it is centrally located. The staff are warm and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is about a five minute walk to the main boulevard in a quiet area. Our first floor room was comfortable, modern and light overlooking the outdoor terrace/bar area, however as the weather was not too warm I wonder if it could be a little noisy in the hight of summer so I would try and request a room...

Very convenient location with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for several days here on our vacation in Aix-en-Provence. It perfectly suited our desire to walk to concerts, restaurants, the markets, the train station and everything we needed. Our room was clean and bright and outfitted with lovely bed linens. The hotel has a striking collection of paintings on their...
