I loved the location. It’s really a quiet and beautiful nest in Provence. It was in the heart of Aix and we could walk everywhere. I especially loved the theme rooms. Our party of four had 3 rooms. Each one was decorated according to the theme mixing different styles. The attention to details in each room was exceptional. Sophie was...

Being in Aix for 2 nights with my daughter for the "pop in the city" event oct/11 I was completely taken by this family owned "hotel particulier". From the warm welcome at arrival to the early breakfast the day of the raid, and the very late breakfast the day of our departure, the owner catered to our needs. The room...

Sophie, the owner, has taken great pains in decorating this charming hotel with very comfortable rooms. She made us feel at home, was extremely helpful, and we very much...

Staying at L`Hotel Particulier 28 was amazing. Located right in the heart of city. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Very cozy and private. The feeling was like staying home and not at hotel. Sophie was very sweet and helpful with any questions and suggestions we had. Right before we had to leave we lost our rental car keys and later...

We stayed here for 6 nights and were very disappointed. This is the first time that Trip Adviser has let us down. Our room was small, with one small cupboard for our clothes and bags. The bathroom was the main problem - it smelled terrible, even with the window open. The bathroom was not tiled but was white painted special...

This really is a lovely boutique hotel - with only 4 rooms, it can't help but make you feel very special and intimate. We drove from Marseille airport - all of about 50 minutes, and on arrival our host parked our car - we literally just stepped out of the car on a narrow little street and through the front...

Exquisite, charming boutique hotel with character. Great staff and professional. high quality room with a special touch by the staff. Location is the heart of the city, very close to the Cours Mirabeau. Best season is February for rate-conscious travelers. Will come back. Great for honeymooners and couples.
