Eight of us stayed for four nights over new year and had a great time. It was a package which included the gala dinner on 31st December with a show, singers and a DJ. The food was great and the entertainment amazing. The dancers had great costumes and the male singer was also very good singing in English and French....

We booked an elegant room. Not sure how it differs from a standard room, except for being on the 2nd floor and having a small sofa. Room was a good size. Good modern TV, large bed, heating worked well on a very cold night. Bathroom ok, bit dated. Hair in bath on arrival. Toilet in a separate very small room-...

Touring battlefields and staying from Brussels to Paris, this was the best stay. Perhaps this hotel is most like what I'd expect in the states, but it is lovely, well maintained, has a great staff, wonderful food, and an unexpected peaceful atmosphere with its lake and woods. Supper was homemade ficelle picarde, filet mignon in apricot sauce, nice salad and...

This is not just a golf hotel but is the perfect location beside a beautiful lake for walking, boating and certainly bird watching. We saw Swans, Coots, Cormorants, Ducks and Glebe being just a few. We parked, booked in at reception and took the lift to the second floor. Lovely big room, modern with exceptionally large bed (super king size)...

At our last visit we could not have the room we had book. We were downgraded into a very shabby ground floor room. After quite some time we tried the premises again and again the same picture. On top we received mails with the following remarks: « Sorry but we not accept the dog in the room elegance, we accept exceptionnaly...

We stayed at this hotel in August on the way back from Beaune in August. Great for a one night stop over. Make sure you book on the 2nd floor though if you want air conditioning in your room. We were on the first floor at it was very hot in the night. Rooms spacious and clean. We ate in...

OK, the decor is a bit dated but the view from the bedroom (second floor over lake) more than compensates for this. A very peaceful setting with a large car park. I ate in the restaurant both nights and while the starters & puds were good, the main course, especially the beef stew was a bit lacking in veg. Chunks of...

2nd visit to this hotel which we used as stopover on way to Calais. It is 15/20 minutes from motorway, but for us it's worth it. Lovely setting by lake and on golf course ( if you want it) Rooms a little tired and worn , but clean and suitable for the purpose. Very clean and comfortable bed. Very relaxing...

We had a one night stopover at this hotel on the way to Calais. It seemed like a relatively long drive from the motorway (20 mins or so), but compared to the usual Ibis/Campanile type motorway stopover it was a real oasis for a similar price. We booked on the day through the hotel website and the price was Eur...

Lovely setting on the resevoir/lake, natural peaceful and calm. Friendly helpful reception on arrival and nice having dinner outside with a view of the family of coypu on the banks of the lake. Disliked the room- dated, drab and uninteresting, time for a makeover or redecoration. Everything is brown, brown, brown and a bit of sage green. probably modern some 20 years...
