Stayed here because of proximity to town centre and attractions. Parking was a plus. Hotel is quite shabby, in need of facelift. Room was ok. Comfortable bed. Good view of Seine from balcony with grass growing on it! (Neglect not design). Friendly staff. Would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff. The owner speaks English very well. Central to shopping area and for a walk along the river.. Parking a big bonus in Rouen. Balcony overlooking the River Seine is wonderful. (a couple of chairs would be nice!)

noisy, dirty, no air circulation. It was like sleeping just on the main road with the amount of noise. Prostitutes operate nearby. Although location is nearby the main square and cathedral. I di not recommend this hotel unless low in budget and prepared to hear the noise from the main road.

This was a last minute booking and proved to be excellent vfm. The hotel offered good and helpful service. We were travelling with our older teenage children and we had two interconnecting rooms. It suited us perfectly and we loved the balcony overlooking the river as well as the proximity of all the wonderful Rouen attractions. Would book again if...

Upon arrival, the parking was easy and secure. A comfortable room with a view of the Seine river. Good double-glazing kept the room quiet. Plenty of hot water available and a comfortable bed with good pillows.

This hotel is on the quayside near Rouen town centre. It is convenient for nearby restaurants in the Place du Vieux Marche (near the St Joan of Arc Church), and a five minute walk from the old town centre. The quayside is also opposite this hotel but some very busy lanes of traffic have to be negotiated first. Getting to...

Only stayed for one whilst road tripping. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were okay, they were large and had free WIFI. However, the bathroom that I had was in a little bit of a mess, the bathe panel was loose showing a grubby underneath and the décor in both the room and the bathroom was...

The hotel is situated opposite the Seine, and boasts balconies over looking it, whilst this is the case, the balconies are largely old, damaged and dirty. Ladies of the night patrol the street outside, which is very noisy, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so sleeping in the summer will be a challenge. The rooms are dark,...

Needs a major facelift inside the hotel, Reception closes early so make sure you know how to get in the hotel. Not sure what to do if the entry card does not work. Car parking off road is available if you can find a space. My room had a good view of the river
