This is a an amazing hotel in a prefect location in Rouen old town that almost has it all. Amazing service from the very attentive staff where nothing is to much trouble for them. Has a proper spa with swimming pool, sauna and steam room and a excellent treatment list from which I choose a 90 minute full body massage...

Having read in a review that this was a Marriott property we booked a room using points. It was a great hotel in a perfect location. In a restored mansion, the front and courtyard area were visited by others as it is listed as one of the historic attractions to visit while in town. Large, well appointed room was first...

Stayed here for one night in August 2016. Staff were very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond to make the stay special by sprinkling rose petals around the bedroom (at an extra charge). Hotel was beautiful and clean, swimming pool and hammam was very relaxing. Excellent location in Rouen. Would definitely stay here again as it was a lovely...

This is a truly beautiful hotel, located in the middle of Rouen, close to tourism sites, restaurants and shopping. The layout is a little strange, but once you figure it out, it's relatively easy to get around and the room was clean and efficient, if not completely luxurious. Free parking is a plus. We enjoyed drinks in the modern lounge...

Truly beautiful historical building in a great location to explore Rouen old town. Rooms are clean and nicely presented but without a luxurious feel. Restaurant and breakfast not up to scratch at all with incompetent staff. Service at reception desk was good. Spa and swimming pool are very relaxing. wifi free of charge but poor quality and requires logging in...

Great location in the middle of Rouen. I would have given five stars, but for some minor irritations. Firstly getting to our room involved two slow lifts plus stairs which was inconvenient when carrying bags. Secondly the shower had no door so resulted in a large puddle on the bathroom floor. Both minor points, but in a prestige hotel you...

Fantastic hotel. From the lobby to the rooms- impeccable. Getting to our room was a little tricky, but it was worth the ups and downs. Super luxurious beds with a large bathroom. The lounge was very modern and enjoyed having a cocktail before heading out. Close to the Joan of Arc memorial. Able to walk anywhere we wanted to go....

Stayed there for 2 nights over weekend. First night was very disappointing, we had a "modern" room which was really too small and the sink was leaking. Fortunately the staff there is very competent, they tried immediately to fix the problem and upgraded us to a " traditional room the day after. Those are much more comfortable, less noisy and...

Without a doubt Hotel de Bourgtheroulde deserves its 5 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities - the spa/swimming pool/hamman, the genrous buffet breakfast/brunch, the rooms - everything lives up to the hype. Situated in the lovely old part of Rouen, it's a short walk to lots of restaurants in price ranges for every budget. A great place...
