Stayed only one night but this hotel (more like a cozy motel) left us with a very positive impression. The car parking space is covered with gravel and the approach has a good ambience. The owner was very welcoming and full of sincere hospitality. The room was a bit squashy for 3 people but OK enough and the interior was atmospheric with a personal touch. Breakfast was simple French standard but good enough for us after heavy French dinner before the night. It's only about 5 minutes walk to the real centre point of the town, very accessible. I do reccomend this accomodation as this fits to the artistic image of Honfleur. Staying at accomodation like Novotel or Mercure make me boring.

When booking this hotel my priority was 1st for an off road car park. It has off road parking but only for 8 cars. It has 15 bed rooms so if you arrive late you park on the road?? It calls itself a hotel? No bar, No restaurant? The rooms are clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facility. However paper cups and no milk. At best a nice B&B The owners are polite and welcoming. Sorry but will not be staying again.

Sir, we will put things in their place. You have made a reservation in our establishment with absolute priority for you to have a parking. However, read your confirmation, our establishment of 14 rooms (not 15) has a free parking, not bookable, in the courtyard OR in the street depending on availability. During your stay of 2 nights, the first night you arrived (2 cars) and you have occulted without asking anything, 2 places, one of which was reserved for people with reduced mobility (disabled). It did not seem to bother you. The 2nd night, you arrived a little later and the interior parking was full This did not stop you from parking on the only available place: namely the place for disabled! The second car (which was not yours for that matter) went to the street on our parking spaces. Upon arrival, you wished to have tea and coffee. We kindly served you according to your wishes. If you wanted If you had wanted an app or a beer or a glass of wine, you would have been served too. Read again your confirmation or the description of our establishment: no we do not have a restaurant and yet we are indeed a hotel with hotel standards that we have not invented and are scrupulously and regularly checked. When the paper cups or rather cardboard cups that are with the tray courtesy of the room, and yes we try to protect our planet and we reduce the plastic to the maximum. If you had preferred a porcelain cup to take your tea in your room, you could have the courage to ask ... Ditto for the cold milk so much loved by our English friends at tea time. For the same reason of concern for ecology, we do not have individual pods. But we serve a lot of small pot of milk on request. Once again, it would have been enough to ask us. We think that in view of your vehicle and the importance you give it, it would have been better to book a hotel with valet, parking bookable certainly pay (or included in the room rate) etc ... But can Be that this kind of hotel does not fit your budget anymore. You allow us to rate ourselves and give us a rating of 2 out of 5. You came to a hotel not in a parking lot !!! Make sure you have been well received in a clean, comfortable room, which you would expect from a hotel, no ?. When Tripadvisor will allow us to rate our customers in return, and we will give you a small 2 out of 5 for your disrespect and lack of openness. We are absolutely not sorry not to receive you next time.

Stayed for three nights and there are no major complaints but we felt the hotel could be so much better with a few changes. Here we go - pro: excellent location on the outskirts of Honfleur, very quiet yet only five minutes walk from the town centre, friendly and helpful staff, on site parking, very good breakfast which can be taken indoors or out, private (ish) seating outside each room. The rooms are individually decorated, ours was light and airy but others are rather dark. Con: some rooms have a fridge, others don't, rooms are a bit on the small side, main issue is the bathroom - variable water pressure, shower too low and not adjustable, rather cramped, dated colour scheme and towels a bit threadbare. If money was invested in upgrading the bathrooms and ensuring all rooms were of the same quality this would be a great little gem of a hotel. If you want a decent, reasonably priced few days this hits the spot.

We arrived on motorbike, the street leading up to it a little daunting, but well worth the (not so valid) scare. The welcome was superb and breakfast was really good, as good as in many a 4star property. Good local product and great croissants, as well as tasty bread and jams. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The window should be repaired so it can be tilted, as opening wide on ground floor didn't feel very secure.
