My wife and I stayed two nights at La Petite Folie and couldn't have been happier with the overall experience. I had been emailing Penny the owner for a few months and she's a great resource for dining and touring tips as you plan your itinerary. We were greeted by Penny's husband Thierry upon arrival and were made to feel...

Just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of the old harbour but still close to everything. Beautiful building, exceptional service, delicious breakfast. I especially liked the restaurant recommendations in the room. Our favourites were Bistro des Artistes and Le Gambetta. Very happy with our hotel choice in Honfleur!

When we arrived from Paris several hours before the 4pm check-in, a very friendly staff member agreed to hold onto our bags so that we could walk around, and while we were out someone carried them up to our 3rd floor apartment in an adjacent building. (We were very grateful.) When we returned at 4pm another delightful young staffer showed...

We stayed in the Rouge apartment for 5 nights - a large & very atmospheric room overlooking the rue Haute. Access is via a tortuous narrow stair , which can be noisy when other guests pass by but not too bothersome Position is fantastic , just a few hundred metres from town & harbour - the rue Haute is colourful...

The apartment was extremely well appointed and the standard of cleanliness was second to none The breakfast tray/basket that was discretely delivered each morning was truly scrumptious The owner Penny is full of local knowledge and her recommendation for...

La Petite Folie is a beautiful inn in a great location. The staff is excellent - Erwin, in particular, was a joy to work with. He was friendly, accommodating, and made our stay there so much better. Now for the bad -- the wifi was extemely spotty and the floorboards on the steps were really noisy, so every time a...

Dear Mr and Mrs Fournier, First I am very sorry the apartment you had requested was not available. I notified you via email then by a phone call 20 minutes after and received a return mail from Madame who confirmed that she understood and that she would find accomodations elsewhere. Of course in my communications I reached out and offered...

A B&B in the center of honfleur in a renovated 19th century building. There is parking at the street and it is quiet. Extremely helpful and friendly English speaking host. Very nice rooms and garden. No elevator in the building be ready to climb the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor
