Team in IBIS are very good and welcoming. I was impressed to the see the way they went out of the way to help me with the charging of my Tesla car. The parking area is quite spacious and the hotel is quite close to the city center.

Dear NATARAJANSREEDHAR Thank you for this really kind comment. We will soon be installing a terminal for electric cars in the parking lot! In the meantime, we are still doing our best so that you can leave loaded! See you soon for a new experience at IBIS Best Regards

Nobody cleaned or changed the towels for five days. Nobody told me if I needed new towels. They told me because I asked last day what happened about cleanliness, it was for coronovirus but nobody offered me towels before.

All style but no substance. wonderful decor and stylish restaurant disguise absence of any amenities inroom. Beds reminded us of early days in a student dorm. no tea kettle, flushing water in toliet, no grab bars in shower are dangerous. Would suggest you sleep in your car.

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay among us. We're sorry to hear your dissatisfaction following the points mentioned in your comment which in no way reflects the quality of service that we strive to offer our guests. Ibis Honfleur is equipped with the new beds for the ultimate in confort. High-tech bed bases and mattresses, fluffy pillows and super-soft duvets to discover on http://www.ibis.com/fr/discovering-ibis-hotel/bedding.shtml. At IBIS we do not offer a kettle in the rooms, we have a 24-hour service. The flush flow from the toilets is not extremely powerful but it allows evacuating. And only rooms for people with reduced mobility are equipped with grip bar. Since 2005 we have not noticed any fall in the bathroom. We are sorry that our offer is did not meet your expectations and hope to have the chance to welcome you again and thus be able to regain your confidence. Kind regards.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at Ibis Honfleur. The hotel is well located : close the highway and within ten minute walking distance of the historic centre of Honfleur. The grill restaurant opposite the road offers good quality food. The hotel offers a 24/7 reception and has a private parking lot. The room was quiet and clean with a good shower. The interior is standardised as to be expected. We would have appreciated a small fridge (mini bar) or coffee making facilities. Breakfast buffet offered good variety.

We had an overnight stay here on our last night before getting the ferry home. It is well situated for the port and the town of Honfleur which you can walk to in 15 minutes. We had room service which was very good, although expensive. The room was comfortable and the staff very pleasant. My only criticism would be that they do not offer coffee to go as in the one at Saint Malo as this is much appreciated if you have an early boat.
