A range of rooms at different prices - we had two fairly basic but comfortable ground floor rooms. Off road car park is a great boon in this town with its narrow cobbled streets. Lovely beds; orange squeezing machine on breakfast buffet with lots of...More
We stayed in one of the rooms just off the car park (room 20). The room was reasonably spacious and very clean, the reason I didn't give it five 'stars' is that the bedding is sheets and blankets, as 'seasoned' travellers I cannot remember the...More

This hotel is a pearl in a sea of tourism. It has everything you need, pool, gardens, history, quirky but efficient staff, lovely breakfast room, good secure car parking. A short picturesqu walk down to the old harbour. Loved our two nights here.

We didn't have children with us but several other guests did, from a baby of a few weeks to toddlers upto roughly 12 years old when we were there. The staff were extremely lovely to all the children - hope this helps
