A quaint b& b with a shared bathroom! We were at the top of narrow staircase in a teeny room, we felt like we were in a true french garret. But it was cheap, peak season & the last room in the town at the last minute of booking. The lady of the house was charming & the breakfast was great. Also we had the best meal of our 2,200km drive around France that night in the town!
A comfortably furnished and clean room. Wooden floorboards With French charm and a friendly hostess. Away from the mainstream you can watch the locals here at breakfast. A supermarket is 1 minute away. The old harbor basin and the boutiques can be reached within 3-4 minutes. A fine locality!
Great sleep in a clean, cozy room with a comfy bed above a bar/restaurant. Easy to park, just visualize your spot as you drive in. Can easily walk the whole town from here, it's a stones throw from the port. This was our 4th time here, headed back in July. One reviewer mentioned sketchy characters at the bar? Really?? Maybe they bumped into me...
This is a bar in a bad position situated on a busy road, with no views whatsover. We picked it for two coffees because it was the only place with a parking space available nearbye. The service was quick and we had two coffees both quite large and tasty, served in large cups which had seen better days and I was astonished that they were the dearest two coffees that we had drunk in Honfleur in all of the two days we had been there. The price of €7.20 surprised me. Avoid unless you have plenty of money and this is the only parking space nearbye. Good coffee though!
A really nice traditional French B&B very close the centre of Honfleur. The room was quite small but a perfect base for us whilst we explored the lovely town. The host was very helpful explaining where we could park, it was €10 for 24 hours which worked out perfectly and was very close. The shared bathroom was very clean and neither of us had to wait to use it. Excellent wifi and there was a TV and coffee making facilities in the room that we didn't need to use. A really nice breakfast of delicious croissant and coffee was included in the morning. The room worked out at £58 for both of us including breakfast during August which we thought was very reasonable and we were happy to pay a little more rather than stay in a generic Ibis Budget. We would definitely stay again. …
