Hotel is very well located in the center of Honfleur. Our room was quite good with a king size bed and a quite interesting bath dub. The hotel restaurant is just good. Breakfast was with a variety of choices from different breads, to fruits, cheeses, yogurts, eggs and bacon, a few natural juices.

Very good service. Good Covid 19 procedures. Cannot fault at all, apart from the bells outside - but that is history ! We had a most enjoyable dinner with all the trimmings. Honfleur is a lovely town with lots of history and one f our favourite places in France.

Hotel is in central Honfluer without being on a busy street. Nights were quiet but easy to get to the harbor or restaurants with a short walk. Rooms are spacious and elegant - however no Air Conditioner so a bit warm in summer heat! Recommend staying here if you are spending time in Honfluer.

Every member is staff we dealt with was friendly, positive, efficient and most importantly showed initiative! The hotel is spread across a number of fantastic old buildings in the centre of Honfleur so it was easy to get around on foot. Our bed was comfortable with quality linen and towels. The only slight negative was that we stayed during an exceptionally hot spell and there is no air conditioning but reception did find us a fan. From a personal point of view I was not very keen on the dark colour scheme of our room as it felt quite oppressive. That aside we would definitely want to go again! Of the 7 different hotels we stayed in on our road trip through France (all of which were 4 and 5 star) this was by far the one with the best service. Thank you!

What was suppose to be a well deserved 1 week holiday after quarantine period, it proved to be not so nice... we went 4 times here in 1 year here, was our favourite hotel , we loved it... Unfortunately , it will be the last time for sure.. the location is very good, the staff of restaurant is nice, same as reception - but the cleaning of the room was so dissapointing.. especially now, when everything should have been desinfected every day ..i arrived by doing it...the room was not clean, was very very dusty..the phone, the remote control of tv was very dirty, the head of the bed was full of finger prints ...i had to clean it...the floor was dirty..my baby was having his socks black after 1 hour walking in the room..the curtains ..they are very very dirty ...i dont know how was this possible..We chooser the room with the small patio so our baby can play a bit outside sometimes , but was not possible as everyday was full of poo...dog poo...how even the guests of the hotel can let their dogs s...t in the garden and can’t pick it up...shame on them..the first 2 days we cleaned the s...t, but after we gave up...too much poo in the patio and smell of urine..and we were there for 7 days,i was so unpatient to leave..Yes , i did mention to reception to clean better the floor, especially because my baby is sometimes crawling, but no difference...there was no shades at the window/door either, so we had to keep the thick curtains over, so people wouldnt stare in our room. If yoy love light day in your room, its not the case as the room is so dark, and lights are dim... the positive thing, food at the restaurant was great, breakfast was ok, sometimes the cups they were bringing were dirty.. probably washing machine did not wash well, it can happen but they need to check... this was it..last time.
