Really great location, very close to the cathedral and within 10 minutes of the tapestry museum and lots of restaurants. We had a family room so there was a partition between the adult and children's bed.

This was the second time we stayed at Hotel le Bayeux. The location is perfect for being able to explore the charming city of Bayeux. The amenities of the hotel and the rooms are excellent. We especially love the 13 euro breakfast that is offered- wide selection of French breakfast options! The hotel employees are extremely helpful and give excellent...

The staff was very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. Breakfast was good and probably the closest to an "American breakfast" you will get in town. It was easy to walk everywhere in town, even the train station. Our bed was not very comfortable and the walls are thin. We had a noisy neighbor and could...

The staff at the Hotel were excellent and extremely helpful even before our trip began. They organised the Omaha beach tour for us, something we could not do online because of the time of year. A lot of the online tour companies had not started their season. The staff were also able to inform us that the museums were open...

Hotel Le Bayeux has a rich history and is in a great location for exploring Bayeux and the surrounding area. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast is wonderful even if the room is cosy. The rooms have a comfortable mattress and what you would expect from a good hotel.

The town of Bayeux was a joy to experience. The reception staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even called the tour company to make sure we were ready for our tour the next day. The next morning during breakfast the women responsible for setting up breakfast came to us to ask if we had everything we needed and...

Myself and 2 adult children stayed 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful to the point of giving us a lift to the train station when we were running late. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we ever get the chance to make a return trip.

They not only offered to keep our dog with them during the day...they helped to make dinner reservations and recommendations for the local area. Easy secure parking. Communicated well in English as well as French. Comfortable and secure. Very clean and...

We spent a couple of night's here and were entirely satisfied with our choice. The hotel is close to everything there is to enjoy in Bayeux. Less than 5 minute's walk to the cathedral or the tapestry (note it's closed until the end of January though) and just a few more minutes into the town for shopping, eating and sightseeing....
