Clean, decent little hotel. We had a "suite"; meaning small room with a double bed and a sofa/cocktail table that left no room to move. The air conditioning didn't work when we arrived; that was fixed but countless efforts to get the wifi to work proved useless. The guy at the front desk was pleasant enough but just shrugged his...

The hotel is not bad, the staff is very helpful and friendly, however, like all the French, did not know or will not speak English. The rooms are small, the bathrooms have no windows, no shower, just bathtub ... At night the heat is incredible, I recommend you to bring water bottles in the room! The cleanliness leaves much to...

The hotel is located at the heart of the city, which perfect for visiting Toulouse. Though clean, the room was a little too small, but enough for two people.

We stayed here when Quins played Toulouse in the HEC in December. The staff were very helpful, spoke English when our faltering French was found wanting and checked in 5 separate rooms/couples/families with ease. The rooms were being cleaned when we arrived, but as we had turned up some 4 hours before check-in time, no one had to wait to...

We stayed here overnight during our trip. Good location as it's near the centre of Toulouse and close to plenty of restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel. Our room was very small, and we had a bath with a shower head but no curtain. We didn't have the air con on, but kept the window open - big mistake...

This is practically 2 different hotels. They built an extension in the back which has none of the benefits of the main hotel. This extension has 6 rooms (101-102, 201-202, 301-302). Avoid these rooms at all cost. The extension has no lift (elevator). Walking up narrow stairs with baggage is not fun. The bath rooms in the extension rooms are...

I found this to be a quite pleasent small hotel. We arrived by car late and parked in the street around the corner. The GPS took us easily to the address with the only small cliffhanger being getting off the correct exit at the insanely big roundabout just before reaching the hotel from the south. According to the receptionist we...

The best things about this hotel was its location--a 10 minute walk into the heart of Toulouse. The room was very small and had almost no amenities. We always had the impression that the staff felt bothered when we asked them a question. This might be an appropriate hotel for a salesman whose priority was to save money.

The hotel is located on little street close by bars & clubs, You might even spot some night ladies as well... The receptionist was very welcoming and quick to give me my room. The room on the 1st floor was really small and you can hardly walk with your luggage around the bed. The room was also hot and I...

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. On arrival, we found that there was no lift to the 3rd floor room, although we were offered a place to store our luggage but we needed access to the contents of our cases, so didn't take this up. There was a sign saying that the staircase...
