This hotel has typical quirky Novotel architecture. It's situated in the lovely lively Place Wilson, and so the facade of the hotel is part of a pretty old building. Inside, this hotel is really something else. The inner courtyard has been glassed over to form a huge reception, bar and lounge area. The bedroom was state of the art with...

Stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. Walked from the train station (about 10-15 minutes walking). Was a perfect location while we explored cities in the area (we walked to the train station each day). Many restaurants were open late when we returned at night. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and...

Some aspects of this hotel are very good - position and helpfulness of staff at reception in particular. However room cleaning was not as expected in this quality of hotel and the hot dishes at breakfast were cold! Management did address our issues which is a positive.

My number one priority was to find a hotel in Toulouse with a gym since I'm staying here for work. The location of the hotel is excellent and the service is pretty good. The room was a bit compact but very modern and spotless. When I first arrived, like other reviewers, I found the bathroom very bizarre since it has...

Just had one night at the Place Wilson Novotel - modern, clean and really helpful staff. Evelyne at reception was an absolute gem - helping arrange flowers and a bottle of wine for the room as a birthday surprise! Room 217 overlooks Place Wilson itself, but was really well soundproofed, so not disturbed by anything. This hotel is centrally located,...

Just 15 minutes simple walk from the train station we had no problem finding our hotel. On first entrance it appears quite spectacular, very spacious and chic, and spotless. Our checkin was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was, if not particularly spacious, impressively chic and modern. I know others have made adverse comment on the glass partition to the bathroom/shower...

This hotel is very well situated but the rooms are small, very small and the furniture is rather cheap, although they seem to have been newly refurbished. Still, if you want to be near the Place du Capitol with lots of restaurants and shops nearby this is the place to stay!

Great hotel in the center of the city, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and monuments. The rooms are medium size and have a modern bathroom . Negative things: - You should know that the hotel has no parking. - We payed the breakfast buffet, (around 16€ per person). Is not bad, however we think is overpriced and you...

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn in this hotel. It is fantastically located, on a beautiful square with lots of restaurants and two blocks from the main place with even more relaxed nightlife. The place has been recently and very well-remodelled. The room was modern in a boutique-hotel kind of way, with coffee in the room, good TV, excellent...
