Walking into the small lobby I had a comfortable feeling. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful after a long day on the road. All of our bike group were assisted with the bicycles and looked after well. There is a smaller and very cozy luge and patio with a coi pond. Every part of this hotel is tastefully decorated....

Very nice hotel with free parking. Breakfast at 13 Euro is excellent value, with a good selection of meats and cheese. We had a room facing the back, and it was nice and quiet. Situated in a somewhat sleepy neighborhood, a bit away from the city center.

We were in this hotel during a capoeira event in Toulouse, everything was great from the decoration to the overall comfort and accessibility, safe parking, and the receptionist was very nice, proficient in several languages, he was also really helpful in finding our way around town. Definitely recommend it!

The personnel are the greatest asset of this quirky boutique hotel - we were driving along the service road looking for the hotel, when the manager came out and directed us to the car park entrance, helping us with our luggage. Our checkin was friendly and efficient, the reception staff speak a number of languages with good English skills. We...

This was a two night business stay. The hotel is not in the center, but the walk is short and, if you head down by the river, scenic. Also, it's on the side of town closer to the airport. Expectations were met. The staff was accommodating and polite, if not effusively friendly. The room was fine, albeit just a tad...

The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful and rude. The maid that was cleaning my room accidentally took my pyjamas when she was changing the bedsheets.
