This hotel is in an excellent position with an easy walk to the central squares of Toulouse. It is surrounded by many restaurants and eating places. We were in room 107 with windows onto a side street and were not troubled by any noise but it is on a very busy intersection. Other reviewers have complained about the noise. It...

Not impressed with this hotel at all. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel is luxurious. That's an exaggeration. Indeed, it is trendy and nice but definitely not luxurious. The rooms are very small. Some of the items are crucial to have in the four star hotel for the comfort of the traveler such as lotion, shower cap, bathrobe and slippers....

We were weekend visitors to Toulouse. We travel a lot and have realistic expectations of budget hotels. At the citiz the standard rooms are very small, the air conditioning unit is under the window in the corner and is a bit noisy, the windows are small and the rooms are dimly lit.......but you get what you pay for. Our big...

The hotel has an ideal location right in the city centre. It's a design hotel with newly renovated and very stylish rooms. Breakfast is good, even if its mostly sweet things. However, in order to stay here you need to be able to sleep through considerable street noise. Had to change room once because of the bar across the street,...

I stayed in this hotel when I was in Toulouse for business. The hotel has clean rooms, maybe a little bit small, but is located in the centre of Toulouse. Quite some noise from the street. Very nice breakfast. I would stay here again when visiting Toulouse.

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Toulouse – stylish rooms, just big enough, friendly service, very conveniently located a stone’s throw from Place Wilson, and a very tempting choice on the breakfast buffet.

There's much to be said about a great location and Citiz definitely has that. Seconds from everything. Adjacent restaurants. Parking garage directly in front. What it's missing is space. Rooms are incredibly small and although they have the necessities, it's not enough to make this hotel qualify as great. Breakfast is decent...not incredible.

The good points: a superb location; incredibly helpful staff; good breakfast; tastefully decorated bedrooms; nice to have a small balcony; very comfy beds; great shower; great neighbourhood. The not so good points: bedroom was very small (although other friends had a marginally larger bedroom) and it is very noisy. Overall, for what we paid, the comfy beds and for the...

The qualities of this hotel are his central location and the charming and helpful staff. The breakfast is OK. Otherwise it's a disaster, particularly because of the noise as there's no phonic insulation. On one side the hotel faces a large avenue with a lot of traffic. The other side faces a small street but the hotel overlooks a nightclub...
