First time in Eliseo Hotel. Impressive foyer in a modern hotel. Good accommodation. Plenty of english channels on the room TV. Free wifi. Food was good, staff accomadating and pleasant in the dining room. Nice bar reasonably priced beverages. Would return. Would recommend tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Very central location, less than minutes walk to the Grotto.

It is such a pity that this hotel doesn't consider doing buffet at all meals. It would be so much quicker and better. Guests could pick & choose. Pity that they do not serve more salads and fresh fruit. We never got tea or coffee after meals. Service was very slow as there was only 1 waitress. 1 table was...

I was on a pilgrimage with a relative and both of us were using wheelchairs. The wheelchairs were kept in the basement so we didn't need them in our room. The room was quiet and it was quite adequate for me but unfortunately my relation was unable to get into a bath and it proved difficult for us to find...

Most of the hotels in Lourdes provide full board and this is no exception. It is about 300m from the entrance to the Grotto but on a short incline which may be important for some visitors. The hotel looks as if it has recently been updated in a modernistic and slightly minimal style. There is loads of space in the...

Had read all the reviews prior to departure and as a result, was not looking forward to the trip. Very impressed actually. Very close to the sanctuary, entrance to St Jospeh's gate only two to three minutes walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Paul who looked after us all in the dining room each evening. Nothing...

We travelled as a large group of pilgrims to Lourdes, France and of all the years we have visited this has clearly been the worst hotel experience we have had. On arrival no one was willing to help us with our luggage. We missed lunch by about 1 hour when we arrived and when we asked if we could arrange...

Great hotel, good staff, ideal location for pilgrims to Lourdes because it us just a stones throw away from the sanctuary and grotto. Offered a variety of selection of food and fruits for breakfast. Staff were quick in helping to carry our luggages in and out of our rooms during check in and check out.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and got what we had expected. It's very close to the sanctuary and quite new and modern. The car park is very handy. The staff at reception and in the dining room were very friendly. Breakfast was plenty eventhough I have had better croissants. Dinner at night was of really good quality...
