We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and found both the staff and management very helpful and friendly. The food was good and had a varied menu each day. The Hotel spotless throughout. I have no problem recommending the St Louis Hotel.

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is varied and tasty, buffet at lunch, hot meal in the evenings. It is conveniently placed by the river and the Lourdes sanctuary for those visiting the grotto. They can collect from Tarbes airport.

We went on a seven day retreat and were very happy to have a gorgeous view across the river Gave. However this means you also have a ringside seat for the parties which go on very late! Choose a room without a view if like me you need your sleep. There is plenty of food but the menu is repetitive....

I would recommend this hotel outside the peak summer period simply due to their lack of air con. They do have this facility, but only on 8th floor, so be sure to consider the likely weather and request if relevant! The staff are very helpful and were excellent with us in all interactions. Great location and lovely views if you...

Definitely we highly recommend to stay in Lourdes, France at: Saint Louis de France Hotel. The location of the Hotel overlooking the panoramic view over the Gave River and distant silhouettes of the mountains are spectacular!!!. The view gives you the French essence of being in the country, however the location of the Hotel is close to the main places...

Latest of several annual stays at hotel which is now under new management following severe floods of June 2013. Clear indications that there are ambitious plans to raise hotel standards. Décor pleasing to eye, if a bit spartan. Reception loses focus by being shifted from centre to location of former shop. Lounge area comfortable but lack of open floor area....

I visited Lourdes with some friends on the weekend of 4th - 6th September and stayed in Hôtel Saint Louis De France. I really enjoyed the hospitality and the service. I'll recommend this hotel to family, friends and tour groups who intended visiting Lourdes. Great concierge!

I along with a group of fellow pilgrims have now stayed at the St Louis de France 5 times in the last 8 years. In 2013 I felt that the hotel was starting to look very tired, shabby and run down so I tried to persuade the group to consider other options but they decided to give it another go....
