Was not popular, only a few other people stayed despite big apparent discounts on hotel booking site. And can see why. No lift, so had to hump our own luggage up two flights of stairs. Very noisey - with fire doors banging in the night....More

A good location for exploring the battlefields of Verdun ... an old building and facilities and no lift or air conditioning ... can be an issue if on 3rd floor as steps are awkward and narrow ... good, adequate breakfast
