This hotel is located at only some meters from the Place de la Comédie, on a quiet street. Rooms are simple, but clean and quiet. People are friendly and the breakfast is correct. Good value for money in Montpellier.

I stayed two nights at this location. I can't recommend it for several reasons but the main reason is described in the following: The manager wrongfully accused me of stealing a set of towels. He even charged me 30€ BEFORE consulting me to resolve this obvious misunderstanding. The explanation would have been that after the first night the towels were...

Budget hotel; very well situated, just a few metres from Place de la Comédie. The room was adequate and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was as we would have expected for the price - small, with a tiny bathroom (but big bath towels!). Overall very good value.

It is an old ruined hotel. Uncomfortable bed, old blanket with ugly stains on it. On the floor there is old carped also with stains on it. Good location, near train station and almost on the main square. Good sound isolation from the outside noise. Fair wi-fi signal.

Less than ten minutes walk from Montpellier station. The staffs were very helpful. Very convenient to go to anywhere in Montpellier. Tram station is a minute walk from here. A big mall and grocery store is also near the hotel.

We spent the night of July 13th at the Hotel de la Comédie. It was the day the Tour de France arrived in Montpellier and the city was very busy, and we felt very lucky to have a hotel so well situated to all the activities. The hotel staff was very helpful and solved a transportation problem that we had....

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very difficult to get to, there 2 other hotels with the same name! The parking entrance was really SMALL, the breakfast was great and it was very well located. The downside, a big one, was that the garbage truck passes next to the hotel...

Easy to get to from the airport. Take shuttle bus -once an hour on the hour from outside terminal then transfer across the road at Place de Europe onto tram number 1. Get off at Place de la Comedie and you are there. We stayed in room 3 which was very quiet despite being at the front of the hotel....

This hotel is located just off Place de la Comedie near trams and restaurants and the heart of the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and fine. Despite the location, the sound-proofing was good. There is a little lift which is handy for suitcases. No tea or coffee making faciities.

In a quiet side street without traffic, 20 metres from the bustline Place de la Comedie, the eponymous hotel is a good bet for a simple and reasonably priced stay at a central location. Cross the Place and you are in the maze of streets and lanes of Montpellier's central "ecusson" district, with plenty of bars and funky restaurants. Head...
