This month we spent 2 days at the Royal Hotel in Aigues-Mortes. When we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are not that big but the size is reasonable for a hotel of this category. Our room had a terrace from which we could see the hotel's pool. The pool itself is clean and great for... More

I returned to this hotel after 20 years and the surroundings have dramatically changed, it's now surrounded by a commercial park. the set up is that each room is a small 'villa' therefore you have an outside table by your 'front door'. The hotel has a new management that have done extensive work and are very professional and very friendly.... More

But the hotel itself was lovely - the... More

Don't miss Aigues Mortes, it's lovely. This hotel, however, is about as far as you can possibly be from Aigues Mortes and still call it Aigues Mortes. That said it's only 15-20 minutes walk from the walled town, though 5 minutes of that is on dusty road with no pavement. The room was quite spacious - motel style and adequately... More

Booked this hotel with venere.. We kind of knew what to expect from the reviews. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was a triple and was a decent size. It had air-con that half worked, wouldn’t have liked to be there in the hot summer months! The swimming pool did have water in but was quite dirty... More
