We stayed for 4 nights at Rayz Suites and it was perfect!! The location was central central and we loved the Harry’s New York Paris bar next door and Cedric Grolet bakery which was 5mins away. Our room was big and clean, we loved the Clarins toiletries!! What really stood out was that they agreed to reduce our incorrect booking on Expedia by 1 night and also found my 2 tops that I had left in the bathroom as we hurried to check out! My two tops have been with me for 15 years and I had lost sleep when I thought they were lost to me forever! A big thank you to Alexiane and Hichem for helping find them!! We will be back!!

Half way between the Opera Garnier and the Place Vendôme it is a very good option to stay in the Paris nicest neighbourhood. It is in walking distance from many Paris monuments, and historic places and from most known stores. The place is quiet, confortable, and very clean . The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent stay in one of the comfort studios with access to the enclosed garden. The suite was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. We brought our little dog and felt that that the studio was spacious enough, especially with the kitchenette. The location is very close to many of Paris’ main tourist sites and great for shopping and to grab food with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby (we recommend Ilang, the Korean restaurant on the same street). There is a terrace bar just in front of the entrance to the suites which was lovely for a chilled-out drink in the afternoon.

Very nice suite! Clean and spatious suite with Clarins products. Perfect location and incredibly friendly and service minded staff. A forgotten clothing was sent to me to Sweden by the very kind staff. I will definitely live there next time in Paris.

Me and my teenage son were staying 4 nights. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Nice and friendly staff. They told us when we arrived that we had a upgrade and that is always a good start. :)(Maybe if we did have had the original room it would have been very small?) If you expect a regular hotel you will be disappointed as this is small apartments yet with a reception. The two minuses I can think of is the “not so fresh smell” in the room when we arrived. Should be easy to fix that I guess and it was not that bad that we made a fuss about it. The other minus was the entrance and I guess it’s outside what the hotel might can fix but again there were a unpleasant smell I guess because of the nightclub which shares the corridor to the courtyard. We would be happy to come back one day! …

Such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredible and I was so surprised by the size of the rooms for being so close to the city center. The balcony was a perfect touch along with the large open windows and doors. I enjoyed my stay!

We had the best weekend at Rayz Private Suites! The location was unbeatable, the apartment was super nice and perfect for 5 friends! And Léa was a total sweetheart, she helped us with reservations and restaurants around. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed for 2 nights at the Rayz apartments The Deluxe Studio was modern and immaculately clean with an interesting Parisien fresco on the wall. Staff were helpful and welcoming, without being intrusive. They also fulfilled my last minute request for a change of room as the 'Bar' Deluxe Studio we booked does not have a full shower. The only thing that could be improved upon was the lack of mirrors by the plugs, which meant I had to do my hair in the kitchen, but this is a minor niggle considering the price and quality of the Apartments. The Rayz offer great value for central Paris and we would choose to stay there again.

It located near Opera but it is hidden by silent neighbors. Cozy and comfort rooms were so great and staffs in front were also very nice. The most attractive point is cat lives in hotel. Its name is Cognac, he is so adorable!
