I am not even sure where to begin. This gem of a hotel was the perfect location for us. So many local restaurants to choose from and they were all walking distance for us 20 minute walk or less. It is so quiet tucked away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by pure archituctual beauty. And the staff....WOW! I owe a debt of gratitude to all the wonderful people who work here. I didn't realize until we arrived that I bought a power adapter instead of a power converter for for my hair straightener. I am embarrassed that I can't remember his name, a young gentleman with a beard..simply the kindness man I have ever met. He ran to 3 local hardware stores and ended up ordering a converter for me and delivered it within 24 hours. The entire staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to help us, We had three rooms. All of them decorated very elegantly, so clean with modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable & we simply couldn't get over how quiet and relaxing it was at this location. Our room had a small balcony which I sat out on each evening to have a glass of campaign. Breakfast was included, each each night we were able to order room service and the breakfast eat day was so fresh and delicious. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our stay simply perfect!

Exceeded my fantasy of staying in Paris! Our room was cozy, with two large doors which opened to a small balcony (see attached photos) . The room overlooked a very quiet street, although it was cold we had coffee each morning with the doors open. The bathroom had a gorgeous tub. I especially loved that the door to our room used a key to enter, which made it feel like I was entering an apartment. We learned about the hotel from Condé Nast. Emily check us in, then walked us to our room. In our room to our surprise were a bottle of red wine, a box of delicious macarons (lemon & chocolate), and a bouquets of yellow tulips! Since we did not tell them we were here celebrating our 10th year anniversary I assumed it was not free! Emily explained that it was a welcome gift as well as the items in the mini bar were also free and would be restocked after a few days. We enjoyed sitting by the fire place at night. We were lucky to visit while their Christmas decoration was still up so it added to the warmth and beauty of the lobby. Four days after check-in more flowers were placed in our room and another gift box with a candle. I am not sure if this is normal or if it is because of the holiday but I am loving it! We used the hotel airport transfer car service lowest tier without the gate pickup option, however we were picked up by a very nice man name Alex who came to meet us by baggage claim in a very nice Mercedes van, this was a nice surprise! The hotel is in a very central and safe area. We love to walk so we walked to the Eiffel Tower (night) , Cathedral Notre Dame, Louvre, and Arc de Triomphe (at night) without any issues.

This is a quintessential and luxurious Parisian experience for your next trip to Paris. This charming property is perfectly located in a quiet location in St. Germaine de Pres, easy to walk everywhere and houses a fabulous restaurant and lively bar. Don’t wait to book your stay. While the classic rooms are small, we asked if anything bigger was available and were rewarded with a lovely duplex 2 story room which was very French in flavor, for a minimal up charge per night. Management could not have been more helpful and accommodating. When we returned from Provence for another last night in France before flying out, they upgraded us to a gorgeous suite. To say we didn’t want to leave was an understatement. Do not look elsewhere, just book this property!

The hotel is in a fantastic location less than 10 mins walk from The Louvre. The hotel is stylishly decorated with plenty of relaxing communal areas to enjoy. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely helpful and provided restaurant recommendations before our arrival and advice on locations to visit during our stay.
We didn’t use the gym or spa but did have a look around. The pool is a plunge pool with jacuzzi jets, there is a steam room and studio space for yoga etc, as well as a small gym with the usual equipment.
We had an excellent room service meal (limited menu due to the restaurant being closed for August) and visited the bar for a drink, delicious cocktails and great service.
The only slight disappointment of our stay was the breakfast, it felt a bit limited for a 5* hotel (this may be due to the restaurant being closed?) all of the usual buffet breakfast items but nothing special, it would have been good if hot items were cooked to order as they were cold.
Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely return.

Beautiful fully renovated hotel on a quiet block in St. Germain. The staff was amazing!
Knowledgeable, helpful, kind. Breakfast was delicious and the room while typical Paris small was very well appointed and beautiful It was their reopening week and they nailed it. To me the difference between a good and a great hotel is the staff and this group was among the best. Will definitely be back

I can't recommend this hotel enough! My husband and I have stayed here twice because we love it so much. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they upgraded us to a nicer room upon arrival and made us feel right at home. The hotel overall a has beautiful architecture design and the rooms are so charming with thoughtful interior design touches; the bar/restaurant space is also stunning and delicious. The location is perfect - the hotel sits on a very quiet street within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many tourist attractions. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris!

I almost never write reviews, but this hotel stay was so fabulous that I felt compelled. The location is superb. Gorgeous hidden streets and major avenues are within walking distance as well as Le Bon Marche and tons of cafes and specialty shops. Our room was so beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The mini bar was included in the room charge and we enjoyed some nice beverages and snacks like chocolate covered almonds - this was a nice touch. Upon arrival, multiple people greeted us and helped with our bags. We slept in and missed breakfast on our last day, so the hotel brought us a full breakfast via room service even though the restaurant had already closed for breakfast!! On top of that, the food arrived right away and was phenomenal - delicious eggs, iced coffees, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, etc. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at. Upon walking in, I knew I had made the right choice. The decor and design of the hotel are immaculate. Very stylish and trendy. The staff was very polite and courteous. Everyone spoke both French and English. I arrived early and they made sure to make my room available within minutes.
The room itself was lovely. Small but it’s Paris so I wasn’t expecting a large room in fact for Parisian standards. It was probably average size the room view Was on a quiet residential street. Every detail has been well thought out in this hotel.
The restaurant is also great and fantastic food, although on the very pricey end. Breakfast was not included in my room so I only had coffee and a croissant, but they do have a full buffet for breakfast. Downstairs they have a lovely pool and sauna and a small gym. I love the left bank and this was a perfect location close to everything that I needed. I can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is in a very quaint and quiet area but easily walkable to different iconic locations (i.e. louvre). The concierge is very friendly as is the restaurant staff. I had to wait for our room but was able to do so in the bar/restaurant area with attentive waiters who gave me drinks. I read from other reviews that people complained about walking through the restaurant to the room. This was not an issue for us. There is an outside door you can enter through that brings you to the door that goes upstairs. Also, this is the structure of a historic building, so I'm not sure what people expect! It is true that the rooms are not terribly big, but the building isn't that large to begin with, and the rooms are all different. We had the connecting room so we had one door that opened to two separate rooms. There is an actual key (not a key card) to the rooms which adds to the character of the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again specifically for the service and location.

The Pavillon hotel is a very attractive and elegant building. Great access to many great tourist attractions - all in reasonable walking distance— Saint Chappelle, Petit Palais, Les Invalides, the Louvre, the D’Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens, The Pantheon, etc etc, and in a wonderful neighborhood in the Left Bank (lots of galleries and small charming shops and cafes.)
Our room and balcony on the 4th floor had a great view of Rue de l’Université. The room and its amenities were perfect— clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet. There is good soundproofing (so I don’t hear the TV programme of a neighboring room), and the streets where the hotel is located are not noisy. The hotel is also within east walking distance to the metro and to the RER (light rail) line. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, as is the gym & spa downstairs.
The staff of the hotel were all unfailingly helpful, thoughtful, and welcoming. Special thanks go to the concierge team, Brice Le Grall and Dan Potdevin, who helped us with good advice on our itinerary, including suggestions on what would best suit our preferences, helping to book tickets (these bookings allowed us to avoid long queues at both the D’Orsay and the Louvre.). Their knowledge and experience were especially helpful as our stay (March 6-13) coincided with many of the several strikes concerning proposed pension age changes in France. We would gladly stay in this hotel again, the next time we make vacation plans for Paris.
