We stayed at Residhotel Impérial Rennequin for 10 nights as the hub for our Paris vacation. The hotel totally met our needs. The price was modest. The room was comfortable. Our room had a king bed, which was firm but not hard. The area was bustling, but the traffic quieted down at night, and we also used the metal sound/light...

I was so nervous about my trip to Paris because I was traveling with my 12 y/o son but all my fears disappeared when I arrived to the hotel. Everything was perfect. It was a plus to have a full kitchen available in the room, the bathroom was very nice and clean (nice touch of them leaving some bath salts...

Why I love about this hotel is there are only 16 rooms and every one has a kitchen and balcony and continental breakfast is included. The staff have been exceptionally helpful with everything we have needed including changing rooms when we had noisy neighbors. I would recommend a top(3rd) floor room . Walking distance to Periere metro station in 17...

Well located Apart/Hotel 6 mins walk from Arc de Triomphe - excellent value for money. We drove from UK and managed to find on - street parking outside the hotel for the first night, but don't rely on that - park at Wagram underground - just 5 mins walk. Room was a good size, very clean. Kitchenette had fridge, kettle,...

I stayed in Feb-2016 for a week long business trip and opted for an aparthotel this time. The studio is well equipped, spacious and well maintained. The nespresso machine (with two capsules) is a nice touch but perhaps not required since there is a filter coffee maker anyway? A toaster (which you can hire) I think would be a better...

This is a great option for staying in Paris. The location is fantastic with easy access to touristy spots, the metro, and in a great "arrondissement". The rooms are nice, clean, and have a small kitchen, which is very convenient. It's also a nice bonus to have a balcony. The staff is outstanding - the friendliest you'll find in Paris,...

The Rennequin Residhotel is a smart solution for having a comfortable camp base when you intend to explore the city of lights for several days. It is well located in a classy neighborhood, near large avenues and places, with good transport connections at maximum 10 minutes walk. In the residence we had a studio with kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, hotplate,...

You'll be surprised by the large spacious rooms with a balcony right bin the business quarters of Rue Rennequin. THE GOOD: > The most spacious business hotel around the area > The balcony > Privacy: You don't have to smile at a receptionist every time you come back to your room (it's a good thing sometimes) > The location: walking...

The room that we stayed in was very decent -- it has that cool modern and urban feel to it. If you are looking for sumptuous luxury and cosiness, then, this will not be the place for you. Everything was up to scratch and I would have no problems returning except that it is a bit of a trek to...

I booked upon the assumption that, by Paris standards (a) rooms will be spacious, and (b) the street will be quiet. Both assumptions actually held and in addition, reception staff was nice, helpful, and spoke English. But the establishment lost points in my rating on the following: (c) room service - the cleaning was not up-to-standard, I had to clean...
