I have now stayed here more than 10 times. This hotel is nearly my second home and all I can say is that it's a great little boutique hotel. The staff of very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and, in the summer, the garden is real nice. Also, food breakfast and fair price. Well done to the team. You...

The room was very clean, and comfortable, despite it's small size. Also, very importantly, it was totally quiet. The location is very convenient, near the metro, a train station, theatres, mini market, and restaurants. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was superb, probably the best I've encountered in any hotel I've been. I will certainly return on my...

A really friendly and warm greeting immediately made us feel welcome and set the tone for the stay. It's a wonderful hotel, next to the Metro and only a short walk from the mainline station, Montparnasse. The building has a lovely history which is echoed in the contemporary details in the lovely crisp, clean comfortable rooms. A very comfortable bed!...

My wife and I spent two nights in this hotel during a two week vacation in France. It's excellent -- clean, comfortable, conveniently located to the Metro, located in a nice quiet (for a city) neighborhood. The room size was smaller than American standards, but I felt very reasonable for European city standards. The bathrooms and showers were large enough...

This hotel has risen far beyond regular Parisian standards. First and foremost, the staff is actually very friendly :) Rooms are cosy and not too small. Breakfast allright. There is a lounge and nice little patio to hang out, with free drinks. Good value.

Staying in Montparnasse

Neighbourhood Profile
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the centre of Paris this neighbourhood has something for every hour of the day.
