It was our first time in Paris. Location was very important for us because we were only spending one night in Paris. The hotel is in an amazing neighbourhood of Paris. Everything was nearby such as cafes and restaurants. Even part of the station there is a shopping centre with so many well known retail and food joints. It's a...

Excellent hotel, safe modern, and the staff (in particular Benoit) were helpful. I usually stay in the Montparnasse area when visiting Paris but this time we were limited in choice as we need a room for 5 adults. I was nervous because on a map this location is nearer to the Pigalle/Moulin Rouge district which I find unsafe at night,...

We stayed one night at the Phileas Hotel. It is virtually across the street from a metro station as well as the St Lazare train station. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss- look for #24 rue d'Amsterdam. We were very pleased with the room and with the helpful front desk staff. They allowed us to store our...

Dear Guest, First of all, allow me to thank you for taking the time to share your comments on TripAdvisor about your recent stay with us at Philéas Hotel. We are happy that you managed to find our entrance, you are very true, it is not the most opulent and widest of the street, but like at our image, intimiste...

The location is steps from the station and Metro. The hotel is clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom we had was very modern. We had two family rooms that shared a small lobby. The double for the adults was a touch tight for space and the kids had a twin room much larger! The staff were helpful and friendly. The...

Small boutique hotel located steps away from the Metro Station and stores. The bus stop is across the hotel. The hotel is clean and the reception is always helpful. Benoit was friendly and always willing to help. It's close to many attractions. If you are ok with walking, many places are walking distance from the hotel. La Fayette Dept store is...

Dear Guest, It is a great pleasure to read your feedback about Philéas hotel, and we thank you for sharing it on TripAdvisor. Small hotel with good value for money. No extra rooms, breakfast area is tiny and w/o light. Rooms are modern and nice, some are loud going on the street. Check if ventilation system works... Good location at saint Lazar train station.

A clean and tidy small hotel in a handy location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lift is not accessible from the lobby at ground level, but rather Level 1. Staff member was on hand to assist with getting luggage to Level 1. When we visited only one lift was available servicing the entire hotel, which was inconvenient during busy periods....
