The Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile garners praise for its modern ambiance and rooms that boast cleanliness and striking views, especially of the Eiffel Tower. While some guests consider the room sizes limited and the service occasionally slow, the hotel's prime location with easy transit access and proximity to attractions is widely appreciated. The Regency Club receives accolades, though opinions on value are split due to the cost of amenities. Overall, the hotel's amenities and professional service are highlights for many travelers.

I loved everything about this Hotel. Contemporary on the edge of downtown but within easy traveling distance of the city center. Every amenity seemed readily available. The food was excellent. The views, stunning. I could stay here again and again. The sky bar is stunning and the staff very courteous and welcoming.

Our Family enjoyed an Eiffel Tower suite on the 30th floor with breath taking views of all of major attractions of Paris, and easily within a one hour leisurely stroll-we love to walk Paris! The Regency Club provided full buffet breakfasts for our entire Family, a great savings, plus evening drinks and heavy snacks. The health is worth visiting and the Hotel is connected to a nice shopping mall including gourmet food store. For Free Now ride service be sure to say the front lobby of the Hyatt Regency Etoile and not the location where you place your order (I.e. your room). The hotel is large and the driver will be confused if you do not explicitly state front lobby. We were also pleasantly surprised that our room was serviced every day rather than every fourth day as was announced when we made the reservation. Our suite was spacious with one queen in one room and a queen pull down in the adjoining room with two doors capable of being locked in between the two rooms. Elevators were very efficient. Oh, did I say the panoramic views were spectacular!

This hotel is one of the high-rise building attached to a mall. Walking distance to Arc De Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. Also next to the yellow Line 1 underground station which was the only line operating during our stay (due to strike). The rooms are fair sized from European standards and cost more that have the Eiffel tower view. There is a food market in the mall that we discovered at the end of the stay where you can get water, fruits and other groceries at very reasonable prices.

Our recent stay at the Hyatt Etoile was superb.
We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower view from our club floor room on the 30th floor, along with the great club lounge.
The room was very comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated.

All staff members were professional and extremely pleasant, all at the concierge desk deserve a special mention.

The hotel in only a 10-15minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe with some great restaurants within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed Chez George. Reservations are definitely worth making at any of the restaurants to avoid being turned away.

We will most definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile whilst in Paris on a business trip.
This is a big, impersonal hotel catering to business and tourist folk alike and as a result has no real identity.

Check-in was slow, but eventually I was given my key and made my way (via the entertaining lifts) to my Tower view room. As you’d guess it had a very nice view of the Eiffel Tower and much of Paris too which is one of the unique selling points of the hotel as (I think) the only high rise Hotel in Paris.
After a day of travelling I was a little thirsty and was frustrated that there was not even a bottle of water in the room. To get any refreshments, you either had to order room service of make your way down the odd little shop off of reception where you could get a complimentary bottle of water and order any other food or drinks whilst being served by a particularly grumpy member of staff. Disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
The room itself was very comfortable, well styled and clean, if a little compact and bijou.

I had the misfortune of having dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night and would not recommend it. Again a very impersonal atmosphere, poor service and the steak I had was luke warm and chewy. Do yourself a favour and get out and explore the amazing bistros and restaurants rather than eat here. I was just too tired to explore on this occasion.

The lunch I had during the business event was perfectly pleasant but nothing special.
The view from the bar up high in the hotel was simply amazing and a great place to grab a drink and watch the light show on the Eiffel Tower on the hour. The prices were very high but not really a surprise for such a wonderful view and I’d say appropriate too.
Location-wise it’s nicely positioned for both tourist sites and La Défense where I had to get to.
This place is a perfectly decent hotel, just eat elsewhere and don’t expect the personal touch and you’ll be fine.

Nice for business trips. Room service has very poor menu from a bio market downstairs mainly cold sandwiches - it has to be improved. Average rooms are too small. Consierge not very helpful. The main restaurant has a very poor menu and my 5 year old boy couldn't eat anything except french fries.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Etoile for three nights at the end of a 2023 Spring Break tour of France. We paid about $700/night for two connected rooms because we were travelling with our 17 y.o. son. The two rooms were identical except that our room had a king bed and our son's room had two twin beds. The hotel referred to this arrangement as a family room. It was a SUPERB arrangement for us and would be excellent for any family of three or four (or more if the kids are little and can sleep together in the twin beds). The rooms are about 15% smaller than what you would expect in the U.S. but they're typical for Europe. The rooms are richly fitted out. This hotel is not a 5 star property because it lacks a few of the amenities needed for that classification but it is a 4.5 in my view. Everything about it seems classy and modern. From our rooms we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurants we tried nearby were good but not remarkable. There is a Monoprix grocery store nearby. The Line 1 Porte Maillot metro stop is nearby. Line 1 is probably the best for getting quickly to the best attractions in downtown Paris. The Place de L'Etoile where the Arc of Triomphe is located is just two tube stops away and can be easily reached on foot. I rate this hotel one of the top two or three hotels I have ever stayed at. The only improvements I can think of would be to make the lobby furniture more suitable for visiting and pressure wash the non-tower part of the building which is very grimy looking.

The rooms including the bathrooms at the Hyatt Etoille are painfully small, The tiny gray rooms are appointed with a small window with a shade that manually rolls up and down (no curtains or embellishments) on a small wall ,some with a view of the Eiffel Tower (hard to acquire even with an offer to pay an upgrade fee for the privilege of the view to the surly desk crew) ;the rest of the rooms may have a view of traffic or hvac systems that support the building. Paper cups are supplied for one’s instant coffee instead of china and glass. The dismal rooms at the Hyatt are not a place anyone would want to spend time recharging their batteries after a wonderful day in Paris. Sadly, my company contracts with this particular hotel for its business travelers. Personally , I would never choose this hotel for leisure travel.Luxury is non existent.

There are two reasons which made this trip very special for our couple. First reason was to stay in a club room on the 33rd floor of Hyatt Regency Etoile Paris. We were able to see the clear view of Eiffel Tower and the room was very managed. The water pressure of a shower head was also good, and the bed was comfortable that I could sleep very well. Since we used the club lounge on the 34 floor for free, which has a good view of the Eiffel Tower, we spent little money for meals.
Especially the croissant was excellent comparing to the other places we bought. Many kinds of cold drinks, fresh juice, alcoholic beverages, coffee, decaffeine coffee and various kinds of tea were ready everyday. We were also allowed to enjoy warm food, fine bread, fruit and cheese.
The staffs were always nice, but "Icham"( he also checked out for us in coincidence), in particular, was very professional, helpful and quick at managing. Since we told him about our 30th wedding anniversary, he gave us the champagne vouchers to drink at the bar next to the club lounge on the 34th floor. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the vouchers, but he gave us another one to use at a supermarket on the lobby. Actually we were impressed by his sincerity in trying to please our couple rather than giving us vouchers. Merci, Icham!
Second reason is also about meeting a nice person. I lost my hotel card because of the unlucky situation on the Paris subway. It was Sojin Choi who helped us and made us feel at ease. As a same Korean, she understood my feelings very well. During our stay, her continuous interest and active actions completely made us to falll in love with Hyatt. She did her best with all her heart and made us feel like we used to know each other. We felt cofidence and satisfaction for meeting such a nice hotelier. Mostly our family used to stay at Hilton when we traveled abroad, but I am sure that we will stay here in Paris Hyatt even next time. Meeting Sojin Choi was the luckiest part of this trip. Hyatt should be proud of the fact that they have such great staff members.

Location: close to metro and a few minutes away from Arc de Triomph. Alot of construction nearby though.

Cleanliness: very clean. Specially for Paris. Thank you for providing a water supply hose in the toilets, we do struggle with that in many countries. Towels were provided. Rooms didn't smell snuffy (alot of hotels do smell weird in paris).

Value: I cannot comment as it was paid by the company.

Service: very helpful staff, they speak both english and french. Nobody got angry at english-speakers.

Rooms: coffee machine provided, towels, a big comfortable bed, clean bathroom. It is small but I guess it's normal for big cities, also, the windows were big with a beautiful view so it gave the room some space.

Food: excellent breakfast (yes, I've tried other hotels in Paris they did not have the same quality for breakfast).

It’s a lot quicker if you take a taxi, however, if you don’t mind taking a train and metro which will take an hour or so to get to the hotel then it’s also recommended. Hope this helps.
