I stayed here from Friday to Monday in a room with wifi on the ground floor. The room was perfect for one person. In case you book the room for two you best be a couple, otherwise the bed might be a little too 'etroite'. It has a nice bathroom, the breakfast was very nice considering the price and you...

Very clean hotel, professional staff, clean room and bathroom. Easy access to room and we got all the support we needed. Location is excellent and you can walk here from gare du nord in about 30 minutes. Metro is right next door (about 100 m far) but still rooms are perfectly silent. Bed is a little uncomfortable but this might...

The hotel is located in the 19th arrondissement in a quiet zone. The rooms are quite small but there is all the necessary inside. We had the breakfast included in the room price and It was really good and abundant. Metro stops are near the hotel, so you can reach each place you want in Paris in few time. Compared...

For the last 4 times I've flown through Paris I've stayed at this location. Not that the other locations aren't any better or worst, its just that I prefer this neighborhood of Paris. There are several cafes in the area just like the rest of the city. Conveniently located steps away from the Jaures metro station on the Orange line,...

I stayed here 3 nights, from 9 to 12 December 2016 with my boyfriend. When we arrived, on Friday morning, even if it was very early we could leave our luggages at the hotel and go to visit the city. Unfortunately (the only negative thing) our room was very very small, there was just the space for the bed (that...

Hotel is perfectly connected with both the city and the airport CDG (metro station is located next to the hotel door, only 3 stations to Gare du Nord). Helpful staff, clean bedclothes. And "last but not least" - the wonderful view from the last floor room balcony.

We have stayed here for 2 nights, it was a very nice hotel with good staff. The front office manager was very friendly. The english of the staff members was clearly. We would like to come back to this hotel in the future. P.s. the bakery around the corner is worth going to! :)

The receptionists speaks decent English and were friendly. Safe box rental costs 4 euros per day. Rooms is very small, the bathroom is very small (specially the shower area), everything is very small. I turned around while taking a shower and accidentally closed the faucet. The sound proof is poor. Still, I find this hotel good enough to sleep in...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Hotel's 69 rooms, entirely renovated and air-conditioned, are contained in 3 small typical Parisian buildings joined by a courtyard and a garden. The largest building has 38 rooms overlooking the main street. Some, named "Paris Comfort" offers a balcony with stunning views of the Butte Montmartre and the Sacre-Coeur. The 25 rooms of the second building, called "Privilege" as is peacefully located in the yard and garden. Warm tones married to white duvets give their charm and intimacy. The 6 remaining rooms, named "Villa Cosi", renovated in warm colors are located in a charming town house, surprisingly quiet for the middle of Paris. The approach of our architects was to rethink the rooms as comfortable cocoons using a rational and highly practical layout to make all the services immediately accessible along the walls. The choice of materials and subtly contemporary colours give a chic touch of elegance and design to the decor. The comfort and modernity are enhanced by the presence of large flat screen television with TNT and satellite, new bedding with quilt instead of the traditional bedspreads. ... more   less
