It is a nice budget hotel in a non-touristic, nice residential neighborhood of Paris. The elevator is tiny (read: one passenger and one suitcase max), the bathroom and shower are just two remodeled cupboards, but the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the price was right for a budget hotel in Paris.

This is a 2-star hotel, situated near la Place d'Italie, which is a loction with many transportation links, restaurants, a mall and easy to get to from the airport or city center. Internet wireless is free and works very well, the staff is friendly, the room is cleaner than I expected. The hotel is very small (as in the spaces...

The hotel is not very well located, plus if this is your first time in Paris you will have to ride a lot the subway. If you are looking to sightseeing the traditional Paris by only Walking outside the hotel you won't be able to make it if you stay here. The rooms are extremely small... I won't stay here...

Wouldn't let me choose a later date, i stayed here in march 2012, it was awesome! Went to Paris with my mum for 4 days 3 nights, and this little hotel was perfect! Right in the heart of the Italian quarter, friendly english speaking staff, great room. We were on the top floor, great views (slightly leeky shower) sprial staircase...

Located near Place d'Italie, this hotel is very clean and quiet for a reasonable price ( single room : 65 Euros ). Breakfast is simple but tasty, staff is ok. Inconvenience : rooms are small with a poor phonic isolation.

Very good location considering the price to stay for one night, its very close to the Metro station place d'italie which has great links to all the main tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful making our stay as easy as possible. The rooms are cleaned every day. It also has supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants all very close...

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. I can't see what people on here are moaning about, paid 75euros a night which is ok considering its a city and other hotels are much more unless you want a hostel. There is a holiday in about 100 meters down the road which is 170 a night!, The...

We booked this hotel because of previous reviews about how close it was to the Metro & centrally located. While that's somewhat true, it's no where near the famous landmarks that 1st & 2nd time Paris tourists would want to see. The Majority of Paris landmark/attractions (Eiffel Tower, the Arch, Palace, most museums) are located a minimum of 20-25 minutes...

We spent a weekend at the hotel in May 2012 and we enjoyed our stay. It's very close to the metro and you can easily reach any part of the city. The area is fine, also at the night. The hotel was fair, not a first class but fine, pretty quiet and clean, and also the staff was nice. We...

We stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend.Considering the high prices for Paris this was the best rating/price hotel we found and we must say we were not disappointed. The hotel is conveniently located a very few steps from Place d'Italie that is an important hub for public transports: several metro lines join there and you can reach, without...
