This is a good place if you just need a desent and clean place to sleep. The room is fairly small, tough the bathroom is surprisingly large. Quiet area. The breakfast was not much, only the basics (except cheese!). The location is super, very close to the metro.
Reasonable value for Paris. Clean modern hotel, behind a church ( first bell toll not till 8am so no problem). Handy for Gare d l est and Gare de Nord only 10 minute walk way. Busy area, felt safe enough to me. On a fairly quiet side street so no noise. Friendly staff and perfectly nice continental breakfast. If I had to be critical , the bathroom is slightly small relative to the size of the room and there is only 1 lift , though its not a big hotel. Wifi worked fine , and room had largish tv screen with BBC news and an English movie channel. Lots of similar hotels in the area so you " takes your pick " but I was happy enough with my pick!!.
Although it is a little hotel and the rooms are quite tiny it is a very nice hotel to start discovering the city. The beds are small like everything in the hotel. But if you don't need high prized hotels this is perfect. The absolute plus for this location is the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Everybody was so helpful, friendly and attentive. They even ran to a nearby supermarket to get soy milk for the breakfast. Gare de l'Est and the metro is in walking distance. They have a cloakroom whete you can leave your luggage safely! The only thing which would be necessary would be a safe in the rooms.
The hotel is a few minutes away from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. The rooms are a little small but they are new and functional. Beddings and toilets are cleaned daily and it is quiet. Breakfast is abundant and there is a lot of food on offer; croissants, fruit, baguettes, ham, pancakes, jams, all sorts of coffees, juices, milk and lactose free milk. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
I stayed twice in that Hotel, in August and October 2021. It is a simply perfect place to stay: Location is unbeatable with access to train station, RER and Metro just around the corner. It's located in a relatively quiet narrow street, there is not much noise from outside. The hotel is new and has a fresh and modern design. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Staff is always smiling and very much concerned about their guests. Breakfast is compared to French standards really good, staff is friendly as well. I simply don't know what to complain about. It is simply as an hotel has to be, and it's difficult to find something comparable for similar rates in Paris. If you want a good and reliable service at a hotel, then stay there. By the way, I found out why everything is so good there: I met by chance the General Manager (Mr Siwsanker). He is simply highly motivated, super friendly, professional and a real perfectionist. That makes a difference. …
We usually stay at a different hotel when visiting Paris, but this time, to reduce the use of public transport, we chose this hotel due to easy access to the airport and direct walking distance to more central areas. This hotel is small, informal and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room itself was not big but very nice, and the strong air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was the usual Styles format, very clean area. All Covid rules were followed around the building. We are very happy with our choice and we are happy to stay at this hotel again.
