This hotel is in a great location. The owners are polite, accommodating, helpful, nice, and we're never rude. Our room was clean comfortable, and just enough room.(we read reviews about rooms being small) We had requested a courtyard room with twin beds and got just what we asked for.We did book three months in advance. You are required to leave your room key at the... More

We had a lovely time at this hotel, but there are other hotels in the area with similar prices and slightly more space. Our room was very, very small, but it was clean and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast (8 EUR per person) may be served in the room which is a wonderful touch.... More

We just returned from a three night stay at the Hotel du Champs de Mars. I was not disappointed, I had long wanted to stay here but at peak times it was always booked up, but this time we were lucky. The room was delightful and the service first class. The breakfast was great value. We will definitely stay here... More

My mom and I just returned from a trip to Europe that included a 4 night stay at Hotel du Champ de Mars. It was absolutely our favorite stay of our two week trip. The room was just lovely. You can tell there is much attention to detail here! We felt very welcomed from everyone we came into contact with.... More

We stayed in this wonderful little hotel for 6-nights with our granddaughter, (our second stay) and had a wonderful time. It is small but comfortable, very clean and quiet. With the rue Cler market at your doorstep, there is always good pastries, cappuccinos, and fun shopping at your fingertips. You can walk everywhere, and if you can't walk there, the... More

I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Champ de Mars and cannot say enough about it! I received a very friendly, warm greeting when I arrived after a tiring day of travel. The room was very clean, including an impeccably clean bathroom. What I really noticed was how quiet the room was, especially at night. Also,... More

We stayed in this charming hotel for 4 nights in February 2012. The hotel was extremely clean. You can't beat the location and our hosts Stephane and Francoise could not have been nicer. The room and bathroom were larger than expected and we were able to see the Eiffel Tower from our window. I cannot wait to return to this... More

We loved this hotel! I was worried about them losing our reservation because of some of the other reviews. Also I was nervous because air France went on strike causing us to find other flights in the middle of our trip and we didn't arrive at our hotel until after 1am. But they had everything ready for us! Our room... More

We found Hotel du Champ de Mars by going to Rick Steves' site, then checking peoples' reviews of various hotels. This hotel seemed to have garnered the best reviews for those in our price range, so I made reservations for three nights. The last time I found and booked a hotel in Europe, we ended up in a plywood loft... More

You are right in the Rue Cler neighborhood and you are super close to the Eiffel Tower. You are close to the metro; but most rides require a transfer. I stayed in a single and the room was very small; especially the bathroom/shower. However, it was around $100 and for a boutique hotel I can't complain. The front desk service... More
