My family of four stayed here early July '12. Location was very nice, 2 blocks from eco militaire metro stop, quite close to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were very reasonable size and very clean. We needed 2 rooms and that was fine. Area was quiet. Shower water temperature and pressure was good. The staff was adequate, neither friendly nor mean,...

We stayed at this charming hotel in May of 2012. The room was cozy, clean, and well appointed. It is situated on a quiet street and located within minutes of the Eiffel Tower, Army Museum and Seine River. It is a neighborhood hotel. Mothers walked their kids to school in the morning. Affordable cafes and shops on the street. We...

I stayed at this hotel for a short week. I have been to Paris over ten times now and this is my new favorite hotel! I loved everything about it. When I arrived, the man at the reception knew immediately who I was and I could directly enter my room. There is a small elevator (typical Parisian elevator, big enough...

We stayed here 4 nights with some friends and we both had a double room on the third floor, from which you could see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with an endless choice of restaurants, cafés and 2 supermarkets on your doorstep. The room was bigger than we expected and there is a lift. Although...

We booked this hotel based on recommendation from Rick Steves--he rarely steers us wrong, and felt that this hotel was very accurately described. As other reviewers have noted, this hotel's strength is its perfect location...just steps from Rue Cler. One thing to add to previoius reviews: There are so many restaurants, shops, tourists, etc, in this area that we felt...

This is the only place we stay when we come to Paris. We love the Rue Cler neighborhood, with its tree-lined streets, many shops and restaurants. The hotel faces a pedestrian street, and is right around the corner from the Metro (Ecole Militaire), so you can literally get to anyplace in the city with very little effort. For a hotel...

This is a hotel in a great location - close to Metro - Eiffel Tower - restaurants - laundry - BUT the room was SOOO small there wasn't room to move. One chair, room for one suitcase, bathroom so small that when using the toilet, your head was against the sink. Noisy stairs and lift, but great location. I guess...

This was a lovely little hotel with reasonable rates in a great location. The metro station was less than 5 minutes away as well as being walking distance away to many great sights including the eiffel tower. The hotel is around the corner from the market street Rue Cler, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes all around. I...

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and found it pretty easy to get around as there were brasseries, laundry services and grocery stores nearby. The nearest metro station was less than 5 minutes away and we could walk to the Eiffel Tower. The bakery nearby (Artisan Boulanger Patissier Maison Auvray) had really delicious pastries. Try the eclair. Room...
