Does what it says on the box. Yes it is small and the stairs to the third floor is hard work but it is excellent location. Quiet but near everything. Although bland it was clean and staff were pleasant. Would return.

No elevator and steep staircase. We were on the the third floor overlooking the square. No aircon either but we were there late October so it was quite pleasant. We loved our stay (10 nights) and would stay there again.
